Hp Windows 8 Laptop Charging Port Not Working

Works great with no issues on my new HP laptop running windows 11.

I use this to provide an HDMI output port from my HP laptop. It has worked flawlessly.

My new Hp laptop with windows 11 is awesome .It boots up quickly and is fun to use.

Use it with an existing working usb 3.0 port, then it's great. In windows 8 just pug n play.

Before even trying this product I was excited because I had always hoped for something that could be a port house for all my family devices. This docking station is great, it has the ability to dock and charge up to 14 different devices. I can have my husband's work computer, laptop, my personal laptop, my business laptop, my cell phone and my daughters' tablet, all charging at once. This is great because now that my husband works from home and I am in the middle of a business start-up, the amount of devices in our household has dramatically increased. No more having to share the wall charging block, or going behind the TV in a tangled mess of wires. Everything is conveniently charging in the same place when needed. The only thing you need is your device cord, no need for wall adapters since all devices are being charged off this single unit. What an amazing invention! Thank you Belkin! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product can be used as a hub to a laptop with USB port and C charging outlet. It’s easy to use. no charging block needed but laptop will need a C charger input. I love it! Gives me access to use other devices I need for work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the style of this adapter because it incorporates a short length of cable to the part that you plug your HDMI cable into. That’s because the adapters without a cable can end up being subjected to a lot of stress depending upon where you put your laptop. Any stress to the adapter is also stressing your port, and that’s not good. That’s why I like this design better. I also like this design because of the pass through charging port that is included. This allows you to charge your laptop using the same adapter that you’re using to power the external monitor. I don’t have a full 4K external monitor, but I do have a 32” QHD monitor, and this adapter easily handles it, and it looks great! My laptop has a small screen, so this gives me much better output options, and that’s easier on my eyes. I was just on an extended Zoom call, so I needed both USB-C ports for the monitor and webcam, but noticed that my laptop wouldn’t last through the end of the call. Not a problem, since I had the Belkin adapter! It worked flawlessly and I was able to use the external monitor while still charging my laptop. I was so glad to have this when I needed it. This is a simple product with a simple focus, and it does it well.

Working fine in my Nucleus Nano and the built-in usb port for charging makes my life easier. A+

I am using the product to connect my windows XP laptop and my Windowsv 7 Computer to my HP 8500A all in one printer and it works as advertised. Easy to install and use.

I'm using this with a HP ZBook laptop and so far, I'm lovin' it over the failed hub I replaced with this. The individual port power switches allow me to individually control what device is active - e.g., powering off/disconnecting the separate webcam and Yeti microphones when not in use is convenient. Plus, it's budget-friendly and the data transfer rate is more than adequate for my needs.
