Have a secure document? The document will only print after entering a coded. There is a setting for that, but this printer is capable of securing your printouts. All this and it even comes with a few months of HP Instant Ink. Therefore, your purchase will include ink subscription for several months, giving you enough time to enjoy all this printer can do. If your in the market to buy an AIO printer, I highly recommend this one!

I chose the HP DeskJet 2852e Printer because it is compact and fits into our home set up! With the HP DeskJet Printer, I can print, copy, and scan documents! How convenient! I no longer have to get this done elsewhere! The HP Smart app is awesome and makes setting up and printing super easy. The app allows you to print, scan, copy, or fax right from your phone! The printer easily connects to my home wi-fi too! Even better, I won't have to worry about running out of ink. I can have ink delivered to my door! I don't have to worry about going to the store and scan the aisle for the right ink for my printer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Envy 7995e does print scan and copy and I can print documents as well as photos in different sizes, and photos 4x6 can print on both sides. I can print photos from my phone, pc, laptop either stored or from my social media. I like it does have a document feeder and I can scan different documents at the same time. The resolution is 1200 x 1200 rendered dpi in black and in color is 4800 x 1200 so it is plenty to have at home. By activating the HP+ Smart Printing system you get 6 months of instant ink and other features. One of the modern things this printer can do is mobile multitasking, using the HP Smart app to multitasking print, scan, copy from any device. It does have a very nice looking control panel and the buttons appear when needed. The printer can be connected via wired and best of all via Wi-Fi and either way I can print anywhere I am while using the HP Smart App. I am happy to know that this printer is made of over 45% recycled plastic. Nice little package that allows me to print, copy, scan & fax. Even allows machine to automatically turn off after an interval with no print jobs and then to turn on automatically when a print job comes along. Have to dig a little in printer's menus to set this up.

I received a free sample of a Canon Printer, MAXIFY MB2120 in exchange for writing a review. The printer was very easy to set up. There was no need to install software because everything was done on-line, as well as, detailed instruction on the printer itself. This took me approximately 30 minutes from the time I opened the box and plugged the printer in. Once the printer installation was finished and it recognized my modem for operation, I printed my first document. It was very quick and efficient. I continued to print different documents using different ink colors. The copy component works well. I was really interested in the scanner because for my business I need to scan information and documents to sent to clients. I found this component very easy to use. I have not used the Fax machine because I always scan documents rather than Fax. The biggest complaint about the Printer itself is the cassette that hold the paper. I have to take the entire cassette out in order to close my cabinet door. I do not like to see all my devices, so I have a built in cabinet, but this printer does not allow me to. Had the cassette drive been in the opposite direction I might have been able to. Overall, I would highly recommend this printer for multi-functional small business purposes.
