Hp Wireless Printer Mac Address

My husbands HP wireless printer kept refusing to recognize my Mac. Getting the two to talk to each other was exceedingly difficult, and HP was no help at all. I gave up and bought an Epson. I've had other Epson products that I really like. Epson's products actually talk to my Mac.

I was so duper excited to try this printer. Once I got it I opened it up and started setting it up. I ran into a snag when I was trying to connect it to my apartment complex's Wi-Fi that they provide to their residents. Which you have to have a Mac address to connect it to the Wi-Fi. I could not find the MAC addresses and overlooked it may times but the MAC address is on the box on a really small sticker and if you do not look carefully you will overlook it like I did many times. If this printer gets a paper jam you can go to the back and open it up and pull the paper out. It also has a USB Slot to connect a USB drive if you need to. I printed some paper work and it was pretty fast at printing them. It only took a few seconds to print the paper work that I had to print. After that I printed a bunch of Photos, so I could keep cherish memories and put them in a photo frame. The photos printed so vivid and crystal clear. Honestly the quality of the photos are better than the other printer I have. I for sure will be using this printer from now one for all my printing needs as well as photos printing needs. Purchased Brother HLL2480DW Wireless Black and White Laser Printer after with have an HP printer for a long time. What a difference! Easy set up and troubleshooting, quick printing and print quality.

This is a great black and white printer.. It uses the large cartridge which saves money. Great if you don't want/need color printing. However, it was very difficult to set up for wireless feature. I had to have HP tech help and it took about 40 minutes for the tech person to get the wireless feature to work. Unless you are a "techie" you should just call HP for online help. Again, a great economical black and white printer.

I purchased a new Mac Studio with OS Monterey 14.2. My old, but still working, HP DesignJet 111 would not work with the new Mac OS. HP was not offering a software update so ended up purchasing the HP T210 as a replacement so I could keep my small architecture practice working. I have AutoCAD LT installed on my new Mac. The new printer works great with the Mac Studio and the AutoCAD LT on the Mac. The T210 is a big improvement in response time from the Mac. The only drawback is I have a drawer full of inkjet cartridges that are not compatible with the new printer. Other than having no use for expensive printer ink, the T210 is a great upgrade over the old DesignJet 111.

Wanted a Mac compatible printer that could do everything my older HP Envy did, and handle lightweight card stock, too. This model does it all. It was easy to install and connect with my MacBook Air M2 via Apple Air Print. B&H pricing was fair and delivery was prompt.

HP printer is the best.
