It's great that these mirrorless cameras are getting smaller and make your kit easier to travel with. With that being said sometimes it''s nice to have a more comfortable grip on your gear when shooting handheld. Got to test this on a portrait shoot right after purchase. Makes switching from horizontal to vertical shots way more comfortable. Added bonus that now I don't have to sweat battery life. It's nice that the R5 supports charging the battery in camera through the usb c port. So at the end of the day I can just plug in the camera and charge batteries up. Not a solution all the time, but occasionally a cool little bonus if I don't have the charger with me. 5 |

This is simply the best on-camera shotgun for DSLR/Mirrorless cameras. The bigger ones don't sound much better, so unless you want the expensive features this is the way to go. I actually sold my bigger ones to use this model exclusively. 5 |

Sony's own official Z battery for their Alpha mirrorless cameras. I picked up an extra one to assure I don't run out of battery power for an extended trip this Summer. And the original battery assures there will be no warnings from firmware updates. The longevity of the battery is also another plus. Most OEM batteries have more capacity than rated as a reserve for long duty life. Good quality! 5 |

I don't like dropping expensive mirrorless cameras and lenses. So a strap is sometimes a necessary evil. But, installing and removing is a major pain--one that Peak Design's Anchor Links solves elegantly. Now when I'm wandering about I can strap up, and when I'm on a tripod, I can remove the clutter. Tis an elegant and inexpensive solution! 5 |

I prefer DSLRs vs Mirrorless cameras and i don't do much video. If you're the same, look no further than this camera. Lots of WOWs from the images i get from it and my f2.8 lenses. It's physically well made. Menus are easy to understand and you can quickly make adjustments. Viewfinder is big and bright. Ergonomically perfect. 5 |

I have used this flash on my Nikon DLSR's and mirrorless cameras. Basically, I use this unit whenever I don't want to carry my Nikon SB-5000's or my SB-700's. Great flash for general photography and event photography. This was a great purchase. 5 |
