This is one of those purchases you hope you never have to use. It lets you sleep better at night knowing you won't be zapped for untold hundreds of dollars if God forbid your Mac gets sick or even dies. If you are new to Apple the free tech support makes this a no brainer purchase. Otherwise it is o.k. priced insurance when your hard disk needs to be replaced or some other calamity. I have bought dozens of Applecares over the past couple of decades and only had to use one once at which point I was very glad I had it. B&H being able to register and activate your AppleCare when the machine ships is a nice plus. 5 |
