By itself this light makes a great accent but with a bunch of these you can really get creative with your lighting. I plan on getting more.

This softbox is helpful for accent lighting...good product.. works fine.

Really a good idea for accent lighting. My only wish is that I should have bought the 12 unit kit instead of the 4 unit kit! I now understand how helpful it is to my background and accent lighting.

It was bought to use as additional accent lighting whenever the need arises. Works well when you need a little more kick. For the money build quality is ok. I have used them 2 times this week and they did just what I needed.

I use these small strobes in the studio to provide some fill and accent lighting. In the past year I have purchased 7 of these and everyone has performed as expected.

I have used these as background lights, accent lighting, and now as a kicker light in my outdoor Rain Room. They haven't failed me yet. They are not super powerful, but they are perfect for those situations where you don't need a ton of light, but rather just an accent.

I bought two of these. I use one to under-light my face while podcasting/video production. It's great. The other I use to throw some lighting to accent the wall. I put this second one on a tripod, which permits me to manipulate it perfectly to get the right angle. The ability to create diverse colors is also a plus, and the battery life is good enough for short-term projects. They are excellent for office production. - Rick Thomas

I seriously love this light. I use it really for accent/rim lighting but also to give some plain white walls some character. I honestly think I will buy more of these.

These seemed like they would work great for accent lighting, but in small spaces it works well for a key or a fill. The color options are fantastic! Ready to expand the arsenal!

I used these for my short film and for portrait photography. More for accent lighting. I use them for side lighting for portraits and to light the background. I also use them for remote auditions. They are easy to transport and I like that I can use them for daylight or 3200K. They also change to blues, greens, reds, etc if you need them for that.
