The Tascam DR-10L micro portable audio recorder with lavalier microphone is my go to for any interview, video blog or speaking related projects. The depth on the recorder is very clean thus successfully filters background noises while allowing the speaker to come through very clearly.

When the Zoom H4N first came out,it quickly established itself as the go to portable recorder for audio and video applications. The folks at Zoom took a first rate recorder and made it better. The color LED screen lets you know at a glance whether or not an individual channel is within acceptable levels or peaking. With the additional dual XLR attachment(which I've already ordered) you can input up to six microphones at once! And the sound output is what you've come to expect from the H series recorders. Nothing short of another home run for Zoom. It was worth the wait. Great job!

I really like this Tascam portable audio recorder and its lab mic. It's great for situations in which I can't really use my main audio recorder or where I can't monitor the subject as well. The las mic also has great audio quality.

I Purchased This Tripod For A Portable Digital Audio Recorder, And It Supports It Perfectly, It Is Small But Strong, I Already Own The Oben TT-100, That I Use For A Sony Digital Camera, So Far I can't Fine Anything Wrong With Either Product

I use the zoom h6 primarily as a portable audio mixer/recorder with mulitple microphones for shooting dslr video. So the added xlr inputs will allow me to plug up to 6 mics which is probably more than ill ever need. It works exactly like the inputs and level knobs work on the recorder itself. No complaints or problems.

I bought this along with a Zoom H1 Ultra-Portable Digital Audio Recorder and they work amazing together. I use them for my youtube channel where I do hidden camera pranks and so far I had no problems!

This audio recorder has been a lifesaver for me. Super portable and always captures great audio. Easy to attach to tripod/stand, discrete and can be set up near an interview speaker or people speaking at an event. It is straightforward and easy to use. I would highly recommend this audio recorder!

I own a few of these portable recorders, needless to say, they are great for what they are. For what it is, you pay for what you pay for, the build quality of this recorder is not as great as you'd expect for its price. The audio quality is what matters more for me, it's a bit hissy as soon as you turn the dial past 5 on the recordings I've done, anything less sounds great to me. This is my immediate go-to audio recorder if I need something small or basic for my needs in a video shoot.
