I used this lens with E-620. Very clear and sharp image, and nice bokeh. 5 |

I bought this camera to update and supplement my EOS Digital system from my original 5D, for the benefits of improved image size, image quality, the new focusing system the built-in GPS and a few more minor changes. This camera will be my main stay camera for my pending Alaska/Canada cruise tour. Having taken it on the road to run it through its paces, I have found it easy to adjust to. I am still learning the finer aspects of the improvements, but it feels natural in my hands like an old friend. 5 |

The hard drive in my Dell 620 (Seagate ST31000524AS) was failing ... causing slow operation and repeatedly throwing reports of disk errors, bad sectors, etc. despite my attempts at repair using a variety of programs. After finally getting a successful disk image from the original drive using Macrium Reflect, I swapped the drives and loaded the disk image onto this replacement. On restart my PC booted right up from this drive and it's been running like new since. 5 |

I've been using the E-500 for three years and I've been happy with Olympus. I upgraded to the E-620 primarily for the increase to 12 MegaPixel sensor which gives me the ability to crop tighter and print larger. I also got image stabilization (+++) and crisper image, and new sighting options. Also improved ISO management. Olympus is a relatively inexpensive way to get a high quality DSLR. And B&H has deals that can't be beat. 5 |

I have been a professional photographer/film-maker for 40 years, and am mainly involved in wildlife, macro, portrait and theater photography. Over that time I've tried most of what is available re: camera gear. I must say that the E-620 is the most surprising camera I have used in terms of lightness, adaptability and image quality, especially for the price. Because it was so ridiculously cheap, I bought the 2-lens kit, not really expecting Earth-shattering results. Another surprise. Both lenses yield excellent colour balance; they are remarkably easy to use and extremely quick to focus. Maybe because I am a bit older than I was, I find the larger DSLR's can become tiring to use for long periods. The E-620 is certainly not fatiguing, even when using longer lenses such as the f2 50-200mm. The camera's combination of small size and solid construction also provide a firm, secure grip. You don't have to join the megapixel race to achieve excellent image quality and great-looking, sharp enlargements. Whether you're a beginner or a pro, you couldn't do better than to try this superb piece of engineering. 5 |

As an owner of an e-500, I was looking to upgrade within the Olympus system and, in limited use, the e-620 is everything I wanted and more ! The IS system has already enabled me to capture shots that I could only dream of before. So far ,I am VERY pleased with the camera, my only gripe being the battery; I now have to carry TWO different batteries, chargers, etc. Low light AF could be a little better, but for the money, a very nice product indeed ! 5 |

I was looking to upgrade from my e-500 while staying within the Olympus system. I couldn't be more pleased with the 620. The feature set that is built into this entry level DSLR is amazing. I was keenly interested in the more refined autofocus system and with the IS system and have been pleased with the results using these features. ( I took some shots of the Moon that the 500 just wouldn't have gotten , not without a tripod anyway). It matches up well with my 50-200 f/2.8-3.5 (non SWD) as well as the kit lenses that came the the e-500. The E-620 does suffer a little in very low-light situations, but well within reason; after all it is NOT an E3. My only complaints are two minor ones . First, it is noisier at high ISOs than I would like. Secondly, and this is only a minor annoyance because I already have an Olympus - the 620 takes a different battery than the 500. That means doubling up on everything; batteries, chargers, etc. The fact that I'm keeping my 500 body in the bag should tell you how I feel about Olympus products and I'm lookig forward to many more pleasant shots with my 620. A very good purchase as a first camera or as an upgrade within the system. 5 |

Not too much blooming, and just enough fuzziness to make a digital image more organic. 5 |

Great antenna system with plenty of antenna wire. It also comes with the short 3 db gain antenna. 5 |
