Import Data Tool Quickbooks Online

Great tool to have being a data tech. And it is durable.

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! Great hard drive at a reasonable price. Perfect tool for security of data.

So far it works Fine. Still adding data. I alway have an online backup as well but it's nice to have redundancy.

Every time I invest my money in a work tool I am very careful in all aspects and let me tell you that the data transfer of this card is among the top for me

I repair servers and in data centers and many client site this tool has saved me many hours of waiting. It was always important to watch the the server complete it post on power on. It is certainly worth it.

This is a neat tool for quickly retrieving and looking at data on old IDE drives without having to open you computer case and fool with wires.

I was able to export my AC5300 config and import it here. How nice.
