In Ear Monitor Headphones For Musicians

I am enjoying my Marshall Over-ear Monitor II A.N.C headphones. Lots O'padding, comfortable when I wear my glasses. The Noise cancelling feature is really awesome.

These are not standard headphones or ear buds. They are professional headphones for monitor live stream audio, etc. and do a great job. The audio quality is excellent! My only wish is that they were a little more comfortable for wearing for extended periods of time. I have a large head, so that may be the issue.

We use these to monitor audio out of the camera while we record. We aren't fans of on ear headphones so we wanted these because they are over the ear headphones. They are so comfortable and the only reason you know they're on your head is because of the noise isolation.

I needed a pair of headphones to monitor remote sound recording. I was able to pay extra to get top notch equipment but I found these Tascam headphone and the reviews were excellent and very affordable to get. I took a chance in order the headphone based on past experience with Tascam equipment and it paid off, the headphone are great, just what I was looking for, at some point the plastic material for the equipment feels cheap but it gets the job done. Don't expect deep bass or high treble, is just the sound fair and square that you need to ear to get the recording levels straight. The headphones cover your whole ear, so practically you will hear only what you need.Very pleased with the equipment.

This is the first time I've used in-ear monitors and I didn't feel or hear a difference from my over head headphones. I like that these are discreet and are much easier to pack and travel with. When shooting hand-held doc footage I tend to have just one in one ear so that I can monitor the audio while still having a clear idea of what's going on around me. The biggest selling point to these is that I do not find the quality to be any different than my over ear headphones from Sony or Audio-technica. In the description these are marketed as being usable for regular listening to music. I definitely would not recommend these for that given that these are truly designed to monitor audio so they lack the bass that regular listening devices add - this is a good thing. In other words, it might sound weird if you intend to use these for regular listening to music. [I have received this product in exchange for my honest review]

Inexpensive and useful. You still have to remind musicians to hang the headphones 16 times per session... amazing how they just throw them on the floor and next to their cold coffee.

Very nice over the ear headphones. I’m still learning how to use them, but so far, I really like them!

I work sound at church. Our worship team is generally made up of drums, keys, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, bass and 3 or 4 vocalists. We rehearse on Mondays and make a recording for the musicians to use throughout the week as they prepare for the Sunday worship service. These headphones are a major upgrade from the Sony MDR-V600 headphones that the church has. I purchased these myself after reading many reviews and I have not been disappointed! They have an excellent flat response and the isolation is incredible. We generally run between 85 and 95 dB in our sanctuary and these allow me to listen and blend the musicians without interference from the sound in the sanctuary. The quality is very good and the price can not be beat!

Have always liked these MDR-7506 headphones in the studio. Musicians like 'em too. B&H always has great service and very competitive pricing.

Zoom is thinking like us musicians and what we need. A live mixer and a recorder plus 5 aux sends for headphones or monitors with effects is a game changer. It all ends up separately on an SD for post creative possibilities in you DAW.....wow
