This camera allows me to use my vintage cameras with image stabilization. I am also impressed with the performance of my E series lens.. The feature set is far superior to the make of camera I have been using since 1986.

Before you spend more you might want to try out this lens. I spent more...WAY more...for Zeiss glass and L series lenses and my Olympus Pro series 12-40mm lens. While they're all good...so is this lens. Don't let the low price fool you. This lens is well made and I'm completely satisfied with the pictures it provides. Yes, it's a manual focus only lens...but I like that. I use it with my Olympus OM-D E-M1 mirrorless camera. That camera has in-body image stabilization and the ability to zoom in to make it easy to get perfect focus every time. The image stabilization makes me forget I'm 73 years old and sometimes a bit shaky. To top it all off this silver lens looks great on my silver bodied E-M1 (shown with lens, a cheap generic lens hood, and an RRS L plate).

Seems well made, fit my Sony A7 series nicely.

Just right if you happen to want to use the original (E58) Noctilux on a Sony A7 series camera.

For Sony A7-series cameras owners. I'm using this lens with Sigma MC-11 adapter on Sony A7 camera. It seems to work fine including an electronic aperture control on the camera body. Same as Canon cameras. I had Mitakon 85mm f1.2 and also have couple 85mm f1.4 lenses. This lens is the sharpest wide open.

This is a very nice complete setup. I use it with a Sony a7 series camera for video on a Ronin-S gimbal. I use SmallHD's articulating arm to support the monitor. Excellent combination. The screen is gorgeous. The software is decently designed and setup is a breeze. Here are somethings to be aware of: (1) SmallHD requires online activation of the device (frustrating and unnecessary) (2) the supplied HDMI cords are all 1' (I bought the longer 3' cord. Much better) (3) the screen protector is a very tight fit within the screen frame (there is a slight lip). Good luck getting it on without a corner sticking up. Otherwise, it's excellent. (4) You will probably want to get the sun shade with it. It's an extra $20. What can you do?

I've been on a mirrorless camera journey with Sony since the NEX 7 and then jumping to the A7 series. So far, I am really happy with this iteration. This feels like a very complete 'hybrid' camera with very few compromises. I upgraded mostly to get the improved auto focus, but in fact every aspect of the camera is improved in meaningful ways over the a7iii.

I bought this for when I'm walking through a city with my camera (Sony A7 series). Holds the camera with a lens attached and an additional lens perfectly. Easy to take the camera out and put it back. I like that the strap has a rubber gripper so it won't slide off my shoulder.

This is a Must If you have a Sony a7 series camera. When you change lenses you have a Really percentage of your sensor getting dirty.
