Inexpensive Small But Loud Bluetooth Speakers

My old bluetooth speaker broke recently and after researching small portable bluetooth speakers I came upon this one and I'm quite impressed by how loud this small speaker gets. Great bass and the carabiner clip is great for taking it on the go. This is my first JBL product and I'm super happy with it.

From a small band perspective, these are loud and clear. I wish there was a bluetooth off switch though. The only way to mute bluetooth seems to be with the app. Once it is connected to a device using the app at least it doesn't seem to be able to connect to another device usuing the app. ie. someone hijacking your speakers. The bluetooth and speaker linking does work well. The audio is very clear, and they are pretty loud. For a sub $500 40lb cabinet made out of plastic it sounds good. Certainly good enough for small gigs. As far as the voicing options, live or monitor sounds best to me using an analog mixer with no other outboard gear. Overall I think this a great buy at this price point. You will want some kind of cover or bag though, they did away this the screen and went with control knobs which is fine, but I feel like they could be a little more vulnerable to me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Sony Bluetooth speaker. I have several Bluetooth speakers and this is my new favorite one to use. I love how it sounds it’s very loud and clear and actually sounds like a stereo. I have had this for over a month and only had to charge it twice with the fully charge time not taking long at all. I am impressed with the shape/texture this Bluetooth speaker has plus it has the string to hang or carry around easily. The loudness is very loud for this to be small which is great. The Bluetooth feature for connecting to my phone, tablet or laptop always connects immediately without a problem. Overall I’d say big things comes in small packages and I highly recommend this Bluetooth speaker.

I have heard the smaller speakers and they were. But when I finally decided to purchase a Bluetooth speaker I know I want a fuller and richer sound. The JBL Charge 4 does exactly that! With the 2 bass speakers and 30 watt output I couldn't be happier.

I love it ...it went well with the Arc. I always thought the regular sub was too big & loud . But the sub mini is small , compact ..& work's well in tiny rooms. I recommend it highly for arc & surround sounds

I just wanna play mixes for fun and friends. Speakers get loud enough for small gatherings. The price is really great, and the unit is responsive and doesn't feel slow. The product itself feels very high quality, only issue is that the platter came off, but after using gorilla glue it fixed it.

I wanted speakers which in no way had to be wired directly to my tv. Also wanted speakers that took up little space because I have a very small apartment. These are perfect for me. Was able to place one behind each end of my couch . Before that had to turn my volume on the tv up very loud to hear it and it always was to loud if a commercial came on or a scene in a movie with loud music. I can run these on a volume of 6 out of 100 and hear everything perfectly.

Now I got a woofer for my tweeter!. Have a small tablet & a small portable CD player with bluetooth. I was streaming my Pandora music to little boombox speakers until tablet kept kicking itself off internet. TV has no bluetooth & speakers are tweeters in a tin can! TV doesn't kick itself off internet so I hooked up this sound bar to the TV & enjoy my Pandora music. The sound is incredible! This is a great item at a reasonable price!
