Infinity Reference Studio Monitor Speakers

I purchased 2 of the 250's and 2 of the 150's, to replace aging Infinity Reference Series wired speakers (while they are being refurbished, and maybe not going back to the old speakers) in several rooms of my house. These speakers produce incredibly full sound that is difficult to distinguish from the speakers they replaced. Both my wife and I are in absolute awe that they sound as good as they do. The 250's have an ability to fill the room with fantastic sound reproduction that an audiofile would less than begrudgingly admit is far more than acceptable for a whole house system.

I use this monitor to reference live feed from the video switcher in my school news studio.  The monitor is bright, crisp, and has onboard tools that are very helpful.  The histogram allows me to dial in iris settings for each camera on the fly.  The metal exterior is pretty darn nice for a sub $500 monitor.  Lilliput provides nice added goodies such as a camera adapter, and sunshade.  The monitor is boxed very nicely.... reminiscent of unboxing an Apple product.  While some may complain that it is only 500 brightness, this is more that sufficient for studio use.  I am buying more shortly to provide studio staff additional live views.

I was looking for a compact stereo speaker/subwoofer combination as a reference/mixdown monitor for my project studio. The Cyber Acoustics CA-3908 perfectly fills the bill! Easy setup with a unique control pod that takes little space - headphone and aux jacks on the pod are a nice touch. The sound is AMAZING - brilliant highs, balanced mid-frequencies, and a VERY responsive sub-woofer make for an outstanding listening experience! For desktop and laptop computers, this is a no-brainer; in fact, if you watch movies on your computer, this system will make soundtracks REALLY come to life! I recently purchased the Kali Lone Pine Studio Monitor V2 speakers and I am blown away by their performance. The sound quality is crystal clear and the bass response is impressive. The compact size makes them perfect for my home studio, but they pack a punch that can easily fill a larger room. The build quality is top-notch and they look great on my desk. I needed a monitor controller for my studio for two pairs of speakers and a couple of inputs. As much as some of the functionality of active monitor controllers appeals to me, the sound quality is first and foremost. And we all know that unless you spend $3k - $10k most active systems severely color your sound - a little more than my current budget. I wasn't sure what to expect with this affordable passive controller however, after spending a few weeks with it I can say without a doubt that it is a great addition to my studio. I hear no coloration or change to the stereo sound field. The Mute, Dim, and Mono sum functions are really handy. And the build quality feels good under your hand. My only complaint is that it would be nice if the knob travel was detented for repeatable levels. Two Big Thumbs Up!

These monitor speakers, although pricy, are very well suited to mixing and editing in protools for a studio either at home or in a formal studio setting. They are transparent with a very flat sound that does not emphasize any particular aspect of the frequency spectrum. Flat sound as used here is a good thing. The bass is surprisingly strong in my editing room which only about 8' x 10'. I did add a subwoofer for frequencies below 50Hz. The highs are exceptionally clear and the midrange very smooth. These speakers are very easy on the ears even after several hours editing. I highly recommend them. I use them mainly to edit recording of live theatrical musical performances.

Simple and rock solid studio monitor knob! If you own multiple studio speakers. This is a must! Mackie does its job as always!

It only took a few minutes to assemble and position these stands. I use them for my computer's M-AUDIO studio monitor speakers. Since I installed the stands, I've been wondering why I didn't buy them sooner. The sound is so much better having the speakers at the right height.

I am using two of these for two Infinity R253 speakers. Prior to purchasing the SubDudes, these speakers sounded just ok. I had them on the carpet, and had installed some outriggers in an attempt to fix audio issues with the floor spikes... but I still had more muddled bass. After putting them on here with the outriggers (more for support in all honesty), these speakers came alive. Much more punchy, and I think my downstairs neighbor is happy. Worth it in my opinion.

I use the amp to power my Infinity tower speakers and Yamaha subwoofer as a home theatre and as a music sound system with my play 5 and play 1 Sonos speakers! Incredible sound on both setups.Very easy to adjust sound to rooms from your phone or iPad. Powerful and versatile amp that is easy to set up and use for the novice and the advanced tech people.
