I needed a printer to support a small contracting business and printing invoices and tax forms was too expensive to do on the inkjet printer so I decided to take a leap of faith and get this HP LaserJet Printer and I am so glad I did. It was quick to set up. I was printing within 20 minutes of opening the box. The printer comes with instructions that are easy to follow. You do not need to be tech savvy to be able to use this printer. The printer is wireless capable or you can connect using an Ethernet cable for added security. It is a printer and scanner in one, which is a plus. I like that it includes two free months of ink and toner. If you are looking for a fast, cost effective and simple solution to your printing needs, this one is a no-brainer! Highly recommend!

The installation was an easy peasy, the printing time per page and quality is excellent, and the fact that it cuts in half the pages when needed is a super plus! The ink price after the cartridges it comes with finishes, is super affordable, unlike other printer brands. I hope it has a long working life. My previous printer is Brother and it is still working perfectly after 4 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago to replace an inkjet printer that fel like it ran out of ink after every 10 pages printed. I replaced the ink 3 times in the inkjet and didn’t even use a single ream of paper. The laserjet prints faster and the toner lasts so much longer. The premium in price wasn’t that great. I wish I would have purchased a laser printer years ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second HP printer and my first HP color laser printer. My other printer is an HP color inkjet printer. This printer is a little on the heavier side, so it would take some time to take out of the box, but it comes ready to go. I was surprised to see that the toners were pre-installed, and all the printer needed was papers and the power connection. Even though the printer is heavy, it has a very small footprint, and once you set it, you’re pretty much done. I chose not to update the printer as I wanted to be able to use 3rd party toners, and I wish that HP didn’t focus too much on the toner subscription and forced users to do updates often. I understand the security aspect behind it, but this is just overkill. For home office and small business users, this printer would be the perfect option. For print jobs that need to be quick and long, this printer fares much better than its inkjet counterparts. I’m glad that I got this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been using an older model ink jet multi-function printer in our home for quite some time, and we originally only wanted a laser printer to replace it... But we also wanted color which is not as easy to find in an affordable laser model. My husband suggested trying the HP Smart Tank 5101 All-in-One Printer. I was apprehensive due to the printer being an inkjet, but we gave it a shot. My goodness, the print quality on this MFP is fantastic. Way better than I expected, it uses hardly any ink and the paper doesn't warp with the ink printing like some other inkjet printers. The colors are vibrant and I love that I can view how low the ink is getting easily through the windows on the front of the printer. The prints are miles better than my last printer and I'll never look back!! Be careful, the ink refills are supposed to be leak-proof if they fall over, but my husband try to show off this feature to me by shaking an ink bottle upside down and got black ink everywhere ?
