This was a two birds with one stone proposition for me. I now have much better Wifi signal than previous adapter which was only 802.11bgn, and much better Bluetooth experience than with previous 4.0 adapter. If you have speaker disconnect issues after installing, go to Device Manager and find your Bluetooth device that has a Power Management setting under Properties. Uncheck the box that allows the computer to turn off the device to save power. The antenna could be heavier or have embedded magnets but it works very well and the cord is long enough. I feel that my purchase was well worth the cost and functional improvement. 5 |

I purchased the Bluetooth adapter to transfer pictures and music from my computer (which did not have one) to my cell phone. The device was simple to install and is easy to use.
