This mic stand is easy to install (just screws onto your desk) and use. But be aware, it’s spring loaded, which means your mic is going to have some weight to it for this to work. An SM7B is perfect. I imagine a normal size condenser would be, too, but an SM58 or comparable is not going to be heavy enough to counter-weight the spring. 5 |
