Been extremely satisfied with Ubiquiti's products and some years ago upgraded whole network over to Unifi line. Living in a townhome complex there are ton of neighboring access points and every now and then had a nest outdoor camera go down due to interference. Purchased the AP-AC-MESH which gave me the option to install wherever I needed, in/outdoor. Ended up installing it indoors and currently have it setup with uplink to an AP-AC-Lite and working flawlessly. One piece of advice if installing outdoors is to purchase one or two surge protectors (https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1408366-REG/ubiquiti_networks_eth_sp_g2_surge_suppressor_protector.html) to protect your equipment as noted in manual. 5 |

This Surge Protector is the perfect size for behind my TV. I love that it has an outlet on top and botton for my bigger plugs and also the end outlet can accommodate a bigger longer plug as well. The last surge protector I had did not have them and my bigger plugs would cover up multiple oulets. I love that it has a small green power light and a small red grounded light so that you know it is working. If you need a 7 outlet surge protector look no further. 5 |
