Installing Blink Outdoor Cameras

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve experimented with many cameras in my home: blink, nest, etc. The ecobee is by far my favorite. The sleek and powerful design really is a nice aesthetic. It was extremely streamlined to set up and use.

This router is just what I needed. It gives me great reception out to the garage and back porch for my Blink cameras. It also increased my speed from 145 download to 355. Easy setup with the phone app. I would HIGHLY recommend it even if your not tech savvy.

Although designed for larger bullet type cameras, these covers are perfect for the Blink XT2 outdoor cameras. They are well made and only take a minute to install, and they cover the cameras very well, rain or shine. Note: They can, and I had 1 of 4, interfere/reduce your Wi-Fi signal to/from the camera, but relocation can usually solve that issue.

Been extremely satisfied with Ubiquiti's products and some years ago upgraded whole network over to Unifi line. Living in a townhome complex there are ton of neighboring access points and every now and then had a nest outdoor camera go down due to interference. Purchased the AP-AC-MESH which gave me the option to install wherever I needed, in/outdoor. Ended up installing it indoors and currently have it setup with uplink to an AP-AC-Lite and working flawlessly. One piece of advice if installing outdoors is to purchase one or two surge protectors (https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1408366-REG/ubiquiti_networks_eth_sp_g2_surge_suppressor_protector.html) to protect your equipment as noted in manual.

Bought two C320WS cameras for installation on our home. Working as advertised. Will be installing four more.

Excellent product for both my Video and DSLR cameras when working outdoor.

We were installing multiple Ubiquiti cameras at a location and needed a switch that would allow for 24volt PoE. This did the trick.

The cameras are wonderful, they are crystal clear and we are still installing the 5th camera on the garage. My Sons best friend is installing and it so far has taken a day and a half. We have our fence lines set up but need to do all the fine tuning on the rest of the settings. But we have had prowlers so being able to be alerted and see will be amazing. I will update when finished.

Since installing these anchors my cameras feel safe. Additionally, the flexibility I have in carrying the cameras is great and comfortable. I even use them for my long lens. Thinking about attaching them to my tripod too.

Great little clips that I've ended installing on all my cameras. I even use them on key rings. Very handy and sturdy.
