Installing Wired Doorbell Camera

This 4K wired doorbell camera is Great! Love all the features and works perfect right out of the box. It comes with a choice of base plates to angle the camera for the best angle of viewing. I do wish however, that they would allow for compound angles. (Up and over, or down and over). The base plates only allow one option at a time. Either angle up or down, or angle left or right. Other than that, it’s a great camera.

I purchased this doorbell to go with my Fusion system, it works well, I had very little problems installing it. The system works great together.

The 2K wired doorbell is everything it said it was. Quality view, great app and it was priced right.

Nest hello is a premium doorbell with premium features. My first thoughts after installing it was "wow, awesome product". The installation was very simple. It took me just over 30 minute to complete. The instructions in the app where very simple to follow. Once the installation is finished the doorbell is added to your account and your ready to go. I recommend this product.

Great addition to my system. I had trouble with the voltage levels at my homes doorbell transformer when installing the Lorex doorbell and this was an easy workaround.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a huge fan of all Ring products!! When I heard about the new battery powered ring video doorbell 3 I knew it had to be mine. Having little to no experience with wiring I was able to install this doorbell all by myself! The battery feature is amazing! I love that you can also wire it into an existing wired doorbell if you have and existing wired doorbell. In the future I might have it wired, but in the mean time the battery is working just fine. I keep a battery charged at all times if I need to replace the battery. The video is great and I love the alerts I get when I am away from home. Ring is by far the best camera I have ever bought!!

Works great, since it's wired and there was no existing wired doorbell system, I first had to install that. Really like that I don't have to recharge the battery, as in the WiFi models. Also I used the wedge that came with the Lorex kit since the installation was done at the front door area in a more confining hallway wall. Instructions were clear also. Working great so far.

Its a typically well-thought-out Nest product.   If you already have any other Nest items in your home and youre looking for a video doorbell, this unit is an utter no-brainer.  It tucks right into the Nest ecosystem and is accessible through the same app you already use on your phone. If you dont already have other Nest items in your house, its still a great product. It does everything youd expect or want a video doorbell to do. This is a wired unit and runs off of your dwellings doorbell power supply.  IMHO, thats better than relying on batteries to power a device you may find yourself checking continuously, however, there can be differences from home to home in how the doorbell is wired as well as the voltage supplied at the door.  Id suggest running Nests compatibility checker: https://nest.com/works/ Installation?  If you can follow directions, you can have this thing running within an hour.

Just buy one, you won't take it back. Easy to install if you have a wired doorbell. Would buy again, I understand it's the only one that detects people.
