Bought 4 of these 2 years ago and they have been great. New ones had the same model number but were different from the others. Look like they will work just as good or better. I use them for my own heavy duty Background stands.

I live in New Zealand and purchased this model after internet research and speaking to various companies direct including Edward at Telmax. I am an engineer and was most impressed with the build quality of the sub frame - it is solid, rigid and quite substantial. The ZAPrompt software is deceptively simple and offers a comprehensive range of controls over mirroring, fonts and colors, scroll speeds and margin adjustments on the fly- excellent performance. This model is astonishing value for money and the Telmax company are an absolute pleasure to deal with. My endless questions were always answered immediately and courteously- they fully value and understand customer service. If you are in the market for a budget teleprompter, this model is hard to beat.

New router is amazing way further reach in the house vs the upgraded Comcast. Even though it’s last years model this one rocks.

New battery is working fine. I did learn the way to remove the old battery is to turn the unit so the battery just falls out. The new battery has a different model number and the battery label was on the backside when installed instead of facing out.

Purchased a new Expert mouse for a 2nd location. �New model is stiff but, I wouldn't want anything else. �I've been using my first Expert mouse for business use almost 20 years and will never consider going back to a regular mouse.
