I use this product in vocal recording and podcasting. I have some future plans for instrument recording with it and have done some testing there as well. This arm is quiet when moved and stays when I put it in a particular position. It works well with other mics as long as they have a bit of weight. The only thing I found that may be a minus is when it is used with a light microphone, but I find that to be an obvious problem for a spring loaded broadcast arm.

Basic setup with USB out to a Mevo camera makes this a perfect setup for recording a vocal with one instrument with some sweet sounding on board effects! Dependable, clean, and consistent sound! Highly recommend!

I purchase this item to better record my vocal and none electoral instrument. I was I amazed by how hoe crisp the sound came from my PC. I was so shock that I could not believe that that was my voice. Now working now confidence, learning how to get used to my voice which sound too sweet. The ladies will love it!! I use the System 10 for my acoustic guitar , electric guitar as well as vocal mics and instrument mics . I use the System 10 for on stage use and for studio recording . I get clear signals with no cut-outs and awesome sound ! With a great price point ! Sincerely , Derek

For mixing these are hard to beat. Clean. Every vocal. Every nuance. Every instrument. If it's clean on these speakers it will be great on whatever folks are listening on...even the non-discerning. And if you want to rock out with them, you can equalize and turn the volume up. Can't imagine a better set of speakers for a small room mix.

I've used this particular microphone for over 40 years. I've probably purchased 100's of these. It is a standard and is best for dynamic vocal and instrument applications.

I'm running my pedal board, instrument boost, and vocal mics to a single xlr output. Mormics lets me balance the the three inputs to a single output to the mixing board. Sound is clean with plenty of range. Great little sub-mixer. B&H service is fast and never misses.
