Easy to mount, seems to have good range. Used it for medical training with a bunch of Midland handhelds. Your review site is difficult to use, can't scroll down the page.

I purchase this item to better record my vocal and none electoral instrument. I was I amazed by how hoe crisp the sound came from my PC. I was so shock that I could not believe that that was my voice. Now working now confidence, learning how to get used to my voice which sound too sweet. The ladies will love it!! I'm a musician and video myself a lot playing my instrument. I needed a remote so I don't always have to get up and press the record button between takes. Some reviewers have said that the setup was complicated. Not for me. I'm using a Canon M50 and the remote was up and running within a few minutes. I'd also like to point out that it's really small, which is great so it can disappear easily in my pocket when I film myself.

I've had this for a few weeks. Used daily. Can't attest to the long term durability, but seems like quality construction. Think of a big camo can coozie for your lens. I use a piece of camo mesh rubber banded over the zoom ring, and the lens hood so that I can use the zoom function. If you use the included camo for the zoom extension tube, then you have to leave the lens at 400mm. So far, so good. As far as the price, if you own this lens, then you can afford this product. Quit pussyfooting around and just buy it. Btw, the day after I installed it, I got within 30 feet of a doe and it's fawn. That would have never happened without the camo.

Used to record voiceovers for video production. It works. Not much to add.

Used this to record my turntable to a Tascam DR-05X and works perfectly.
