Instruments That Read Bass Clef

If you close your eyes you can hear where the different instruments are. Very detailed sound. Bass is great. Not too much, not too little. If you are a bass junkie, get a subwoofer. I just wish it had dust covers and that the USB could input sound.

Love it! Full sound, amazing bass, mids and highs. The spatial clarity between instruments is excellent at both high and low volumes.

I will be using this for recording vocals, instruments (bass, trumpet, guitar, sax) and synth (strings, piano, etc.). Having tried it on synth samples thus far, it adds a mellowing and pleasing analog feel to the recording quality. Excellent manufacturing and presentation.

It's way smaller than I expected but sound amazingly great. It has good focused bass. I can imagine every instruments.

I am loving these headphones. The sound is quite neutral in terms of you hear all instruments. Some people complained about the lack of bass, but I can hear it just fine. In fact, I have never heard so much detail in each bass note before getting these cans. For the price I think you will be hard pressed to get better headphones and awesome sound quality. Diana Krall sounds amazing, as does any genre of music. I would recommend buying these headphones.

I've been familiar with Ibanez instruments for decades, and owned one in my college days. After an accident recovery and 20 years of not being able to play bass, I recently decided to take up playing again. I anticipated a low budget instrument, with all the normal flaws associated - but this surprised me. The body is lovely, and although not exceptionally weighty, it's heavy enough to give great tone and sustain. Frets are nicely inlaid, and free from chatter. In fact, aside from a very slight intonation adjustment on the G string, this instrument plays as well as some much more expensive bodies. The active bass boost is a bit of a gimmick, but tone is quite diverse and dynamic. Tone tends toward being very bright, but it easy to attenuate. All together satisfied.

Easy to use. Sounds great. Full sound with clear distinction between voice, instruments, and bass.

Great for Vocal and Instruments!

I had read a lot of reviews about these and the lack of bass response. I really like the tone of these. A flat response with a very pro monitor mid range ie tone. Not sure how to discribe other then the tone is Very clean and crisp. I was thinking I would get the sub woofer as these are not only for mixing audio for my pro video projects but also for my own entertainment system. In my small room the bass is plenty. I may or may not buy the sub. When I crank it up I do notice the high end and high end mid range get a little brash. In my small room there is not a need to really do that. I’m very happy and it truly feels like a pro product, unlike many of the others I checked out in this league.
