Instruments Used In Musicals

Used this for vocals and it makes a really big difference in quality than just direct through an interface. Can't wait to try this on other instruments.

We use this for our musicals and plays. It handles mixing of live and recorded sound with ease and the 12 individual inputs means that every mic, orchestra and computer that we typically use gets its own channel. Could not have asked for a better mixing board. It is versatile and super easy to use and can sit either on a table top or can be rack mounted with the enclosed kit.

We have used this microphone for several years to capture the sound of a backstage orchestra and chorus for musicals in our community theater. The sound quality is excellent and the mike gives us quality audio.

We use these for the kids musicals and they work great.� We've even used these for speakers and it works for most speakers.� For most ears, it will be hard to tell the difference between these and some more expensive microphones.

I use 4-6 cameras for video of weddings, high school musicals, sporting events, dance recitals, etc. and this tripod is quick to set up and move from place to place - 5 tripods can easily be carried at one time. The height is unmatched which allows for unmanned cameras to be above most heads moving in front of the camera. It will pan from side to side, but is jerky - best for unmanned camera placement.

We do multi-camera shoots of high school and elementary school plays and musicals.  It's been a hobby that has been growing by word-of-mouth. For years I've been relying on computer monitors and headphones to balance audio on these projects with fair results.  Now I've added these 2 Yamaha HS8 monitors (connected via a Focusrite 2i2 USB audio interface).  I kept the old sub woofer for slightly more bass. The difference is phenomenal!  The highs and mid tones with a hint of lows should help me build a more accurate soundtrack from now on.

I run FOH at a small theater in Hollywood that likes to do big musicals. Just finished a 12 week run of Rent. 8 body mics, mulriple overheads for the ensemble and a four piece rock band. Tiny black box theater. I purchased this phantom power supplu to replace the battery powred two channel supply the previous engineer was using. So far, I havent had a problem. Mics all sound nice and clean. And I love that I dont have to have an army convoy outside with trucks full of 9 volts anymore. Great price and it arrived super quick.
