I own two of these cases and I am super happy with them. When you spend thousands of dollars on equipment a case is the best insurance you can buy. The only downside to these cases is that they are heavy, so they aren't perfect for everyone. But if you are looking for a case that can take a beating and protect your gear, look no further! 5 |

When I buy expensive video equipment, I want to have peace of mind by knowing that the equipment I use will get replaced if it breaks down. Replacing equipment is very expensive, but insurance to replace gear that breaks down is not that expensive. I would rather buy insurance up-front, and not have to factor in the cost of replacing broken equipment in my production budget. 5 |

I buy APC brand batteries to ensure that I dont risk my equipment protection insurance or burn down my house. The fact that they cover return shipment for recycling is a plus. 5 |

I have not used the insurance on this particular purchase but in the past I have purchased the insurance for other equipment items. And I have had to use the insurance policies three or four times. Each time, the communication to initiate the repair was fast and the directions for returning the item for repair were clear. Thee repairs themselves were also quick. On one occasion, they paid for the rental of an equipment item when my repair was not done. Stuff happens whether you are careful or more rough on your gear! It's nice to know the solution is there. 5 |
