I use this with an Intel SSDSA2M040G2GC 2.5" SSD, for a 40GB travel drive. The SSD powers through the USB directly. The cable is 19" end-to-end when plugged in, which is a little longer than many of the other adapters out there. It's long enough to do the job, reaching around various devices to the rear panel; for example, a wall monitor where the space is cramped; or side-by-side USB devices on a PC. 5 |

I recently got a SanDisk 1TB SSD (Solid State Drive) and used a drive cloning device to clone my old 1TB Hard Disk Drive (HDD) to the new SSD. It works wonders in my 15 year old computer! It really speeds up drive-related activities, perhaps as much as 3 or 4 times faster. I think my old HP laptop computer is either a SATA or SATA II type, so I suspect those with a SATA III system would see even better speed results when going from a HDD to a SSD. Gotta love it! 5 |

This is an extremely reliable and easy to use Solid State Drive. Once initialized it's easy to clone form a Hard Disk Drive to this unit. Take out the old drive, insert this drive, and put your seat belt on. 5 |
