Intel Management Engine Bios Extension Default Password

Booted perfectly first time with bios default settings. Loaded up Intel XMP profile and rebooted and it was running at rated speeds and timings with zero issues. Caught this on sale and the performance and value is amazing. Absolutely no cons, and worthy of all 5 stars!

Very powerful CPU, but be careful with the motherboard BIOS settings to prevent overheating. The default ASUS BIOS settings allow the CPU to run up to 100C.

I was looking around to see what other manufacturers were doing to creative desktops. Almost all were going to 8 core processors, including Apple. Unfortunately there's no 8 core solution in the 12th gen of Intel, so the logical choice was to go for 12 cores. So far it runs Lightroom, Photoshop, some gaming, and Office without any issues. The stock cooler is also very quiet compared to previous generations. It does get warm, so make sure your BIOS fan controls are configured properly. Asus surprised me with enabling enhanced perfomance by default, but after setting back to the default Intel values, it runs just fine and cooler.

Well, I took the cover off my new Intel NUC10I7 and plugged the new memory in. With the cover on I started the computer and bios reported 64gb of ram present. It took all of five minutes. I haven't had OWC Memory before, but if I ever need memory again, I'd choose OWC in a heart beat.

Fractal continues to be the best case maker on the market. I absolutely love the top mounted power supply area. The pre-supplied fans are the best I've seen in a case. Taking off side panels is very easy and doesn't feel like you're going to break the glass ever. Cons: #1 The Fans do not have an RGB default. You have to use software supplied by your motherboard. They really should have set the default RGB's to what is used in adverts ( Green / Blue ) #2 Cable management is a little tough to pull off correctly. Having all glass side panels makes bad cable management stick out. #3 This case is huge!!

I'm using this active extension with the miniB to USB cable that comes for default with my camera to shot tether; also this way I don't have to mess with different miniB connector types (5 pin /8 pin) from my other cameras brands. For my studio the 16' works great, maybe in the future I'd need more length but that wouldn't be a problem as I can add another active extension to avoid signal errors. Great product for my workflow!

A very practical cable management device to keep daisy-chained adapters and extension cables from disconnecting during use especially when tethering with short adapters from the camera or laptop.

I'll probably be shopping for a lightening extension cable. Logically, the cable management junction box is on the 3.5mm end so that side cannot be extended if you want to use Rodes cool cable management system.

I use this model for my 416, MKH60, and hopefully soon a CS-3, and it is great. The new conbox design makes cable management a breeze. Also, with an extension, it works for my MKH70 as well, meaning I don't have to carry around a bunch of different sized kits. Just get an extension, and the correct size wind jammer and you're good to go!

If you can find one and have a bios available why not.
