Intel Nvidia Laptop Freeze Problem Microsoft Community

Super fast I installed in my hp laptop workstation with intel xeon and nvidia Quadro.

Intel has always done me right so why change a good thing. I like that it has video I can fall back on if my nvidia 2070 ever kicks the bucket...

Microsoft's PC Health Check informed me that my 6-year old PC with an Intel I7 was not able to upgrade to Windows 11 for a number of hardware related reasons. I look at similarly configured PCs as to what I had and a new system would run well over $2K. I bought this bundle, 32GB of memory and a 1TB NVME SSD for about $750. Everything was very simple to install, and if you have any questions, there are loads of Youtube videos showing how to install this combo. The motherboard recognized the CPU without needing to flash the BIOS and in less than an hour I pretty much had a brand new system, much faster than my old one, for 1/3 the price. Total score. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this bundle.

Used to use a sony device..had a problem with freeze ups..none so far with my roku..also went house sitting out of town and took my stick along..didn't have to mess with all their gadgets and remotes..easy peasy!!!! Plus I didn't have to reset anything.

It was hard to get a direct answer about how to get a 4th monitor to work on an intel based laptop. The problem is that the Intel CPU only allows 3 displays, even if you have a dedicated GPU in the laptop because the GPU isn't a full gpu, but just an extra chip that runs through the Intel CPU. Since it runs through the intel CPU, it is limited by the same 3 display output as the CPU. This allows you to run more than 3 displays on a single laptop.

I have used several types of laptop computers, but Microsoft Surface Pro 7 is more than I expected :)

I love this monitor. I only wish I could afford two of them. I also wish the video card in my laptop NVidia AX4000 could drive at 120hz like my M2 MB Pro. I also use the built in KVM which is awesome too.

Freezing up why do they freeze up so easily and so often

When our community changed our internet to WiFi I had a desktop and laptop that required an adapter to replace the Ethernet hookup previous used. The first A6100 I purchased worked so well on my laptop and setup was as easy as plugging it in and turning on my computer, that I purchased a second one for my desktop. I would highly recommend it. The cost can’t be beat and no more cables!
