Internal Camera For Home

Great tool to clean lense and internal of the camera.

I bought this as a home for a huge Lightroom catalog for one of my endeavors. It allows me to work at a speed comparable to working off of my M2 Max MacBook Pro's internal SSD, while saving tons of space on that internal disk. I can grab this SSD and connect it to any Mac running Lightroom and pick up where I left off as well. The product is extremely well-built, intuitive to use, and at a fantastic price for its capabilities and utility.

It took a while to figure out an accurate methodology to test this on my internal home network, however, I was satisfied with the results of the results, I never was able to achieve the speeds defined in the specs, but is good enough for my needs, the speed reflected in the screen shot was the best I could achieve on my network and may be influenced by either the limitations of the server or client. I run a home-based music production, mixing and mastering studio. Before buying these I researched various stands heavily. These are excellent and leave nothing to be desired. Super solid build quality, easy to assemble in minutes, and they look classy. In particular they are very effective at decoupling the speakers from the stands, they sit at a perfect height for the mixing sweet spot, and I love the internal channels for weighing them down with shot or sand, and cable management. The ones I got are 36 and I'm 5'9. If you're taller you may need the larger 45 ones. My only small criticism is that the internal channels to run cables are a little small to squeeze through the power cables for studio monitors. It's a bit of a tight fit and I would have preferred a single large channel to 2 smaller channels. But all things considered they're killer.

This is an effective stand for internal use, like a home studio, which is where I use it. If I were looking for a solution for on-the-road I might want something a little more robust. One review said it was troublesome to move around but I do that pretty regularly with no issues. It's quite solid, but lightweight, which is great. The clasp holding the boom arm works quite well - this is the most vulnerable spot, I think, and I'll keep my eye on it. I use this with the Blue Yeti microphone and have attached a pop filter to the arm as well, which makes the extended boom pretty heavy. I try to take the strain off the boom clasp by dangling a weight on the other end of the arm - so far so good, but I wish I could balance it more precisely so I could lift the arm when needed without having to loosen the clasp so much. For that functionality I probably should have looked at a different solution :-)

My son was home for break, with his tower's internal boot SSD on the fritz. B&H delivered overnight (sooner than expected), a week before you-can-guess-who would have to my rural location near Canada. Him and I were able to clone, install drive inside, then make it the boot and format the other to get over some bad blocks or dlls or whatever. BEFORE he had to return to college. THANK YOU!

Many of the reviews about the ET8 primarily focus on the internal home performance and the great management software. While I agree with the assessments concerning coverage, performance and usability, my focus is external to the home. I am a retiree and spend much of my time in my home’s perimeter. Compared to my previous routers (Apple Airport Extreme), I can travel an additional 30 ft before the signal starts to degrades. This is heaven on earth!!!

I was a little worried about the sound quality, but this was very impressive little mic and a step way above the internal mic on my camera.

I got e of them to use for my internal- hard drive.
