This mic makes a huge difference in audio quality over the built-in mic in my laptop or headphones. When you're working from home, it relaly helps to have a quality mic which makes your voice more understandable. It's very reasonably priced for what it does, and is true plug and play - no drivers are software needed. 5 |

External Mic is a welcome addition to my 5d3. Way better than the internal dslr mic. Having a recording option within the mic is a bonus. The menu for the flash recorder is very simple to operate, as well. Time to get the fuzzy windscreen for it now!! 5 |

The Polsen USB Boundary Mic is a great replacement for the internal mic on my laptop. The call quality is much better than the internal mic and I love the ability to just place it next to me and forget about it. I also like that the mute button turns red so that you know it's activated. There is a headphone jack as well which gives you options for how you want to use it. The build quality is awesome and it has some weight to it which is nice. I use this a lot when there is more than one person in the room, given that it is a boundary mic everyone can be heard well on the calls pretty much wherever they sit as long as they are somewhat close. I use the mic with a GoPro 8 and I honestly cant the tell the difference between the GoPro's internal mic and the Rode. The sound quality is the same. 5 |
