The webcam was easy to install and to set up. It works very well with Skype, Zoom and Windows browsers. 5 |

This is a great archive tool. I've been scanning 40 year plus transparencies. Silverlight & Plustek provide the tools needed to revive history. The image processing tools are familiar to anyone who has worked in photogrammetry. Several historical institutions have used the images. 5 |

I'm a two time Surface Pro user, and have always loved the design. My last Surface Pro 5 was good, but it was running out of bandwidth for my needs (Office, Home Cameras, Zoom, Slack, multiple browsers open at once, and streaming tv). I also have two 34 samsung monitors, so the there is a lot of demand on the video for running all these applications. I decided to upgrade, and I originally purchased a Surface Pro X, which was a beautiful tablet. I got nearly every application I needed to work with Emulator, but the performance was shaky at best. I exchanged it for the Surface Pro 7 (16 GB RAM, 512 GB HD). Long story short, this thing BLAZES!! I'm usually running the cameras, office, browsers, Slack and Zoom all at the same time. No problems or performance lags with this one. One word of caution is the fan will kick on pretty high at times depending on how much strain you put on it (gets very hot unlike the Surface Pro X, but that's the cost you pay for performance). If you are looking for a machine that is sleek and powerful, this is the one for you. Thank you B&H for working with me on the exchange - absolutely incredible customer service (made it easy, which is the name of the game). 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my monitor as a primary monitor for gaming and scrolling thru browsers as is very smooth with its 165hz panel and 1ms response time, and the smoothness compare to a 60hz monitor or even a 120hz monitor is very noticeable and satisfying to look at, 165hz is the sweetspot in gaming for me. 5 |

This is my go to device for all things audio, having my music separate from games and browsers makes it super easy to adjust on the fly both on and off stream! Can't go back to the default windows mixer 5 |

It certainly is on a par with far more expensive scanners. The only real bad thing is that Silverlight includes a real piece of rubbish for software, so one is forced to use the Epson drivers to get any real quality from the scanner. Silverlight is only trying to sell their other drivers, which of course are not free. 5 |

Not a bad little scanner really. Confusing is it ships with two different scanner software. Silverlight has a free update for their package Plustek Has some issues and will not update itself. Once the new Sliverlight is installed I get a pop up at boot that states Silverlight is not installed. But it does work. Scanning is a slow process which has always been the case.It a solid little scanner and I'll be using to bring my old film images into the digital age. Once you get accustom to the Silverlight Software and the many settings you will be able to create good scans that are clean and true. 5 |

This is the scanner to buy, the IR scan takes out almost all of the damage to your negatives and slides, the Silverlight software is not easy to understand and use but the “ work flow” process helps you a long with processing! 5 |

Delivery was fast with no damage. Comcast support center had internet & Wi-Fi connected without any problems. When handed me off to a different department for phone hookup, again no problem. Start to finish about 45 minutes. I was using a Comcast gateway , which I returned to the Comcast store. Get better performance from internet & Wi-Fi now, but understand my internet needs are modest. I am happy as long as it keeps working. 5 |
