Internet Camera System For Home

I recently installed this new modem with Nighthawk Internet and I have never been happier an upgrade to my home system was needed That is NETGEAR!

This made all the difference in our WiFi coverage. Our home is 3 levels, bottom floor being a basement. Coverage was always an issue for my husband’s home office. This cleared all the dead spots that were once a problem and such a nuisance when you pay for high speed internet but don’t get full coverage in your home. After many technical support calls from our internet carrier, this mesh system was recommended. This system is definitely worth the money. Very easy setup for the most part as well. Wish I had known about it sooner!

This system has dramatically improved the quality of our home Internet. WiFi is much more reliable, and with 2 satellites, the WiFi reach is much better.

We are building a new home, interior finishes are in progress, heat and internet are live, and I can keep an eye on both houses with 1 app. Approved users have their phone linked to the system and it turns off the inside camera if they are there, but I can still tell from the motion sensors they are still there. If someone not approved is in the house I get a notification on my phone that a person was detected, and I can go to my phone an see who is there. Exactly what I needed! I have a security system in the current house I bought 2 years ago, it was state of the art at that time - I hate it!

I love Netgear. This is my second Modem in 4 years. I’m not replacing them because they stop working. It’s because my internet service provider upgrades their system. I use my modem with Netgear Nighthawk mesh router. ( Which I also love). Netgear works amazingly fast with my high speed internet so that work can be seamless. The smaller footprint this was has in my home office is perfect. Hookup is smooth and easy. Love that I can use your App to review all details of my home internet system. Netgear keep doing what your doing because you are doing an awesome job!

I was using a motorola surfboard modem apple time capsule for my home internet/wifi setup. I had been dropping internet connection and experiencing slow internet speeds on my devices over the last 6 months. I decided to upgrade all of my equipment and went with the all-in-one Orbi Wifi DOCSIS 3.1 Mesh system. The equipment was easy to setup. Honestly the hardest part was working with Xfinity to get the equipment connected. I now have 10 devices connected to the system, have lightning fast internet speeds, and have extended the range/coverage of wifi in my home.

Pleased with the camera so far. Impressed by the easy set-up, good clear photos, and no internet required! Vosker allows me to keep a check on the back of my home that is otherwise hidden from the road. This camera provides a sense of security and it’s nice to be able to keep tabs even when I’m not home. I would easily recommend to friends.

Best product I've reviewed This security camera has exceeded my expectations in all areas of both ease of use and performance. We live in a very rural setting with poor internet. We put the Lorex camera in my husband's shop, which is all metal and about 40 yards away from the house where the Wi-Fi modem is. Out of the box (which was nicely packaged), the camera was extremely easy to install and comes with a variety of ways to mount it. It pivots easily on its base - we just stand it on a windowsill in the shop. The printed directions that came in the box were clear and concise - easy to follow. The software (Lorex Home) was extremely easy to use, with step by step instructions for finding the device and setting it up. Once set up (which took about 5 minutes), we put it in the shop and I went back to the house, not really expecting a connection. To our surprise, not only did it work, but the picture quality (1080p-HD) was amazing. The wide angle lens lets us see most of the shop which is 60'x100'. Sometimes, depending on the conditions, I'm not able to use the Live view which is not the fault of the system but rather our sketchy internet, yet even then it does record any movement or loud sounds. A bonus is that I can use the microphone to tell him when dinner's ready without having to walk out there. That would be my only negative comment is that I wish I could increase the Microphone volume so he could hear it over his loud music. I was even able to talk over the microphone when I was 25 miles away (through extreme hills and valleys). We had a recorded event at 4:14 a.m. and when we looked (I had turned off notifications) it was a bug walking across the camera lens. The night vision quality was very impressive since the shop was completely dark at that time. Overall, the entire system is very well made and well thought out. We have an Arlo security system for outside and this system exceeds that in many ways - very impressive for the price point.
