Internet Search Engine

The part was easy to find on the B and H search engine. I ordered it and received it by the end of the same week.

I travel, Buick is my search engine. I use Nikkor glass, 28-300 & 200-500 zooms. I love to see what is around the next bend. So I guess I'm a snapshot shooter, shoot mostly hand held, & I like high resolution images. I shoot inside museums, outside wildlife, dusk cityscapes, bird in flight, whatever. Low light focusing & noise free higher ISO are great things, as is the big bright viewfinder for tracking BIF. (Attached snow geese in DX crop). I shoot manual exposure, auto focus. The ability to program multiple buttons for different auto focus on & modes is a great thing. The detail in the images out of the D850 is amazing! I'm looking forward to many years of shooting with this camera.

Can't really go wrong unless you can't control the lighting in room. Also Wallpaper Engine on steam and search HDR =p

I did not know such a thing existed before coming across it during an internet search. I have hundreds of old slides and wanted to get the best ones scanned.. but had put off the task for years because of the difficulty of sorting them. This box made it easy since you can look at 40 slides at a time. the lightbox is foldable for storage, and I did have some trouble getting the sides of the box to stay fully upright as the connection with the back wasn't strong enough to hold them in place. I solved that by stringing some picture wire from one side to the other, using holes already in the metal, and pulling it taut. Easy enough to do, and to reproduce if and when I need the slide sorter again.

After an endless and futile search on the internet super highway, Mount It came to the rescue. The TV ceiling mount was EXACTLY what I was looking for. It was a little too big for my TV, so I just got a bigger set.

I really like this camera strap. I was looking for a stylish camera strap in a striped pattern, and this was what came up in an internet search. Capturing Couture lists this item as part of their mens collection, but I'm a female and I think it works well for me too! The ends and backside of the strap are black velvet, which makes this really comfortable. I replaced the manufacturer's strap on my dslr for this one and I am very happy with it. Easy to attach, comfortable to wear.

A band came loose from my Audio Technical shockmount and did an internet search for a replacement. There were a few choices and chose B&H. The online ordering was one of the smoothest I've encountered. The bands were delivered free and on schedule. These are the genuine Audio Technica bands for my shockmount and made a good choice for this order. It won't be my last!

If you search the internet, you will find a Polish web site that tested many different brands of UV filters for UV absorption using a spectrophotometer, as well as resistance to flare/ghosting, quality of construction, and ease of cleaning. The Hoya HMC filters came out on top, ahead of some far more expensive German filters. Digital cameras don't need UV filtration, but film users such as myself still need it. I prefer the skylight to plain UV filters as the extra bit of warming takes off the edge of some films such as Kodak Ektar 100 which I feel renders a bit too blue, especially in the shadows. These filters don't noticably ghost or flare at night, and they are easy to clean. The price is also very reasonable.
