Internet Speed Needed For Xbox Cloud Gaming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This serves as my work-from-home monitor and is also used for gaming and watching TV when not working. The available apps cover all my streaming needs, the picture quality is excellent. There is also an option to use the latest game streaming services (Xbox Cloud Gaming, Amazon Luna, or Google Stadia [though this service has been recently discontinued]). The built-in speakers are even pretty good. Especially considering what you typically get with a monitor. You can also connect Bluetooth speakers and have the TV route audio through it instead. The remote works very well and has some quick launch buttons for the more common streaming apps as well. It may take a little getting used to, at first. Since it doesn't really have "input" switching buttons. Instead, you navigate to the different types of devices that you have connected (or apps installed). So, when you're wanting to play Xbox, you would go to the gaming section on the home screen and select either the physical Xbox that's connected or launch the Xbox Cloud app to stream games. My only real complaint with this monitor is that the stand isn't adjustable. I'd like to raise it just slightly higher. It is at a pretty good height, but I would like it just a little higher for my personal preference.

I don’t do any major work on this CPU. I do some graphic design, gaming on XBOX game pass, and some work. Great overall performance. Graphics struggled a little streaming Starfield with cloud gaming, but still very playable. I had an occasional glitch/lag but that could have also been the stream from XBOX cloud gaming. Everything else has been solid!

I needed to update our modem for a faster internet speed and wanted to stay with the same brand...Netgear. This modem was so easy to install and is running great. Even at 73 years old I can say it was much easier than I thought it would be.

I recently increased my internet speed and needed to upgrade my cable modem, This new modem has been a great choice and has worked flawlessly. It is also powerful enough to handle potential future increases to my internet speed if I so choose. The price was also a great value.

Recently upgraded my internet speed to 1 Gigabit from my ISP and needed a new modem that could handle the upgrade. The NETGEAR CM1000 does just that very well. I like the build with all the ventilation, so it does not get the least bit hot. I highly recommend this modem.

Upgraded our internet speed with Comcast to 500mb/s so I needed a DOCSIS 3.1 modem. This modem was reasonably priced and has been very reliable. This modem is connected to a Netgear R7000 router so I have never used it cabled directly to a PC, but on the wired connection of the router speeds have been over 500mb/s, close to 600. Highly recommended if you are looking for a DOCSIS 3.1 cable modem.
