Internet Speed Test Software Mac

I have Xfinity and one day I decide to do a speed test, I’m paying for gigabit internet and was barely getting 70 mbps with their provided router. I decided to upgrade and this thing WORKS it was an easy install, a lot smaller than the previous one and handles my internet speed easily no bottlenecks or anything. I have previously bought net gear and ended up coming back I know where my business will always be!

The Netgear CM1000 was a breeze to setup and once registered, I ran an internet speed test to find out that I was now getting the maximum speed for my service. Highly recommend it.

This modem allows me to use my gigabyte Internet to its full capacity with no problem. Speed test shows 965 MB per second Internet speed download.

I use this to backup my photos and company data. 4TB actually only 3TB storage, because its RAID 5. it start up very fast, as soon as my Mac boot up from sleep, its ready. I tested with Black magic disk speed test, both read and write about 500 MB/s, same test on my I-Mac 5K 1TB internal SSD, both read and write about 700MB/s. This drive is 4 times faster than USB 3 and up to 70% speed of my SSD with RAID 5 protection. The drive connect with my Mac through Thunder port 2 then chain to my second monitor. Just a very little noise from the back of the fan, its running as long as my Mac is on. Off when my Mac is sleep. Software is very easy to install, but it takes time to format all the drive to make it ready for RAID 5, about 10 hours. Great product !!

I am very, very pleased with this scanner. I have worked with all-in-one (AIO) Cannon, HP, & Epson scanners in the past & found Epson’s scanner to be the fastest, but clunky with Mac software. The RR-600W is my first use of a dedicated scanner & it has left be with a huge positive impression. I have scanned hundreds of documents in the past & this has converted hours into minutes of work. First, unlike every AIO I have worked with, this can use 5GHz wifi, drastically increasing speed. Second…Duplex scanning is a huge timesaver…no sorting, & no speed loss. I can use the touchscreen to select the applicable computer to upload to & the computer can handle dumping massive amounts of documents of many standard sizes to include receipts up to legal format, & it does it automatically. Epson designed their own management software, but included Kofax Power PDF for both Windows & Mac as an option. I import using epson to a folder, & you can target that folder with any software you want. The scan speed is terrific…it feeds as fast as dropping a sheet on the floor. Overall, I am greatly impressed & this is definitely worth every penny if you do even a moderate amount of scanning. Wifi has long range of effectiveness. Internet connection is stable. My internet speed is 200 mbs and this modem router is doing a great job transferring the signal!

Handles the speed of my internet with ease and was a snap to set up.
