Intuit Quickbooks Online Simple Start

Just slide it on and start shooting, simple as that.

Had to look up the instructions for installation online, however, once found was very simple to do.

This canvas bag is made extremely well. The design is intuit and thoughtful. The bag uses a well made and large enough spring loaded tuck-catch lock. However, the buckle seen in the picture is also fully functional, allowing the bag to effectively expand.

Was able to set up and start printing in a short time....online manual is great resource....love the quality of the pictures and how fast it prints....I will be using in journaling!

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! Simple to use, but is a long lasting workhorse. Plug in and start clicking away!

This Sony camera is costly, but it does everything they say and more. The start-up page is too brief to be useful, and the manual (over 600 pages!) is online only. The camera is so small that my iPhone looks big in comparison.
