Just plugged it into the lightning connector of my iPad, with an HDMI cable it connected instantly to a projector. Seemed a bit pricey but Apple connectivity, quality, and guaranteed compatibility is worth it. A great travel accessory for connecting to hotel TVs. 5 |

I wanted the kids to be able to watch YouTube videos on a TV, this adapter made it happen. It was easy to connect my iPad to the television. Just insert the lightning plug into the iPad (or iPhone), connect to the TV via an HDMI cable and connect a lightning charging cable to the adapter and watch. Whatever is on the iPad shows up on the TV. The kids use the iPad as a controller and both can watch full size videos. 5 |

I am shooting video with my iPad mini and putting the Rode VideoMic Pro out ahead of the iPad on a boom stand to increase the sound quality. This extension cable does the trick. I was concerned about picking up lots of line noise but so far that hasn't been the case. It's working out really well. I also had to buy the Rode SC4 3.5 TRS to TRRS adaptor to connect the extension cable to the iPad. You won't be able to go directly into your ios device with this cable alone. 5 |

This dongle lets you plug in an HDMI cable into an iPad or iPhone and also continue to charge the device. I am using it specifically for online indoor cycling training software. Sensors on my bike pair to my iPad and then I broadcast the metrics and video on a large 46” monitor. Works great - no lag in video broadcast and sounds great too even without an external speaker. 5 |

This is a well made cable and I have no complaints. But, make sure you understand that the cable will attenuate your signal. This is good for going to an iPad, etc, but can cause a low signal if you're going directly into a video camera. 5 |

The monitor connections are perfect for the use with iPad. With one USB-C cable the iPad is charged and video is sent to the screen. One downside is the speakers on the monitor are quiet and do not sound good. 5 |
