We are using a flash drive to store and playback videos on a portable projector. I tried with a USB 3.0 Flash Drive, thinking the newer version was better. But the projector had a different idea. I learned from the professionals at B+H that this unit requires an older USB 2.0 Flash Drive. I never would have thought of that but sure enough, when I used this Verbatim 64G Ergo USB 2.0, the projector recognized the videos and played them flawlessly. 5 |

I use this adapter to connect an external hard drive to my Samsung Galaxy Tab S. Tablets only have mini usb ports. To use an external or any other device that uses a usb port, you'll need this adaptor. I also recommend getting an adapter that has a mini USB port on the adapter so you can keep your tablet charging while you use it with the USB device. 5 |

I bought this Flash Drive as a traveling backup for my photos. Typically, I take between 100Gb and 200Gb of photos on a trip so this gives me plenty of space. The small size is ideal as is the light weight. I connected it to my MacbookPro USB-C using a Uni 4 port USB-A to USB-C hub with no problems.I ran a quick test when I received the drive and it took 2 minutes to transfer just over 15Gb (212 files) from my MacbookPro to the drive. So it's pretty fast. It took just two days to get here (Arizona) from B&H and was cheaper than buying from Amazon. So I'm a happy camper. 5 |

I have owned every generation of iPad and have become a big fan of the Minis - great for travel, great for reading at night, and large enough screens to view photos, movies, etc. However, they never had the processing power and graphics capability of the larger models - until now. The new Mini Gen 6 has it all - great screen (now with very small bezel for greater viewing area) and now real horsepower. The first indication of that was doing updates to apps. Normally, the last Mini would take quite some time to process updates once downloaded. This new Mini blazes through updates much faster. Finally a Mini that sacrifices very little in comparison to the larger iPads. The swipe-only operation takes a little getting used to, but poses no disadvantages I can see so far. Just bear in mind this iPad (and all the other newer ones) requires a USB C charging cable (included). If you, like me, have tons of the old Lightning cables, they won't work. Additionally, many non-Apple USB C cables will not support charging, so be aware. Play it safe and use an Apple cable (comes with the cable and charger of course). As a side note, I have the new Apple folio case for this generation and it's pretty darn cool too. Great product, great B&H service! 5 |

I love the size of the mini iPad as I mainly read on it. I think the mini has often been overpriced (costing more than the entry iPad but often not as powerful as its refreshes have been far apart). But the 6th gen finally got me to replace my 2nd gen mini (it helps that my 2nd gen was feeling sluggish and not holding a charge for nearly as long). The 6th gen has some nice features that the entry level currently doesn't.I prefer the usb c to lightning (fewer cables as my other devices move to usb c). As a photographer, I like that the screen is wide gamut P3 instead of sRGB. I like that it supports Bluetooth 5 and Wifi 6. I also have a 2nd gen Apple Pencil for use on another iPad, so I like that I can use it on the mini if desired. I was a little concerned about scrolling issues with the screen since that has been written about a fair amount in the press ... but I haven't noticed any screen issues. Overall, very happy with the upgrade. 5 |
