Ipad Pro Glass Screen Protector Pencil

The screen protector is very nice to have on my iPad and drawing with it is so much better than drawing directly on the glass screen itself. It has just enough grit to give the pencil some resistance when drawing. It also gives the screen a very smooth feeling and my hand glides across the screen effortlessly, unlike the sticky feeling of the glass upon prolonged use. Also, I've watched some reviewers who say that it gives their screen a rainbow-y effect, and while I've noticed some distortion, it was insignificant enough that it has never bothered me and now I don't even notice it. This may be because of the upgrade given to the Paperlike 2. It also helps that the matte screen reduces glare and fingerprints. The only issue I could possibly see with using this screen protector is that it will gradually wear away my pencil's tip and that the exposed tip will scratch at the screen (and hopefully not my ipad's screen if it does well at protecting it). However, this is a common issue with all matte screen protectors, and seeing how much finer the grit is on the Paperlike 2 compared to some of its other competitors, I believe my nib will last longer with this than with the others (and save me some dollars from having to constantly buy new tips). All in all, I am very happy with this product and I will not hesistate to recommend it to anyone who wants to have a better iPad experience! 5 |

I previous has a good tempered glass screen protector for my iPad, but using it with the Apple Pencil was always kind of unpleasant because the Pencil would just glide across the screen which lead to less control while writing or drawing. But, since I've been using my iPad more for annotating sheet music and the like, I wanted a more natural writing experience. Paperlike provides a much better experience with the Pencil than just the glass screen or a glass protector. The slightly rough, matte finish has three great benefits that stand out. (1) It provides a more pleasant, natural writing experience, (2) the matte finish eliminates glare and (2) greatly reduces fingerprints for a more pleasant viewing experience. It was also easy enough to apply with good instructional material. I would buy this again. 5 |

I recently started using Procreate and had a “glass” screen protector on my iPad Pro 11”. I am using the Second Generation Apple Pencil bir was still needing something. I needed drag to slow down my pencil strokes. The Paperlike Screen Protector was recommended by several individuals on Facebook. It is definitely a Game Changer!! Paperlike provides the perfect amount of drag to my writing and drawing. I would definitely suggest to others to order this product. 5 |

There’s always a trade off when it comes to deciding between a stock product experience and a modified one. The Paperlike screen protector takes the Apple Pencil experience on iPad to another level. That said; I can only recommend this to iPad owners who do a lot of writing and drawing. The feel of the Paperlike when you use the iPad with you’re finger is not as nice as with the glass. So if you think you’ll use you’re Apple Pencil more than your finger. . . Get this thing now — it’s a no brainer. But if you plan on using your finger most of the time, you probably will find the Paperlike to be a downgrade to your iPad experience. I should also note that it isn’t super simple to put on. It took me two tries to finally get it right, so I had to scrap the first one. Luckily, they include two so if you fail with one you don’t have to buy another. I’m a student, and I have had three iPad Pros in my time since high school. My most recent — the 2020 12.9-inch — is the first one that I have used a Paperlike screen protector with. I wish I had tried it sooner and I definitely won’t be going back. 5 |

The Paperlike Screen Protector works as described. Facilitating the Apple Pencil's function on the iPad makes for an efficient way for taking notes, sketching, and recording during meetings and conferences. Nice! 5 |

I seriously can't imagine using my apple pencil without a paperlike screen protector. I recently upgraded my iPad and had to immediately also purchase a paperlike for the new model. As a digital artist, I'd say this is an essential part of my drawing kit. 5 |

For me, the Paperlike screen protector has made drawing on the iPad a viable alternative to pencil and paper. No more sliding across the screen like a ballpoint on glass. With an Apple Pencil there is real friction when using both the point for drawing lines and the edge when shading. It’s not exactly like paper but pretty close. Take a lot of care when applying the Paperlike protector otherwise you will get bubbles between the screen and protector. These won’t affect the drawing but might be a small distraction. 5 |

Absolutely love the paperlike screen protector for my ipad! It makes drawing with the apple pencil much more natural. I was hesitant of how it would change colors and my experience when using my fingers, but I prefer it now. The screen does not visibly get as smudged up with finger prints and i like the matte feel. It also reduces glare. 5 |

It's been said before, but I'll say it again. If you are going to be drawing on the ipad with the apple pencil, the paperlike screen protector is a game changer. It makes the transition from traditional to digital much smoother. It doesnt affect the resolution as far as I can tell. The screen protector was easy to install and if you mess up it comes with 2 so you can try again. One thing I should note though, ordering cut off my card because they are based in germany. I talked to customer service and they got me straightened out. Great product and great customer support. This screen protector will be going on all my future ipads. 5 |
