Iphone 15 Camera Sensor

Easy to use with iPhone 15 Pro Max.

It works just as expected, although you do have to be relatively straight at the sensor and within about 15 feet it seems.

Very pocketable camera with a decent sensor. A little thicker than my iPhone but the little extra thickness is well worth the larger sensor. Touch screen for focusing and shooting at the same time is excellent.

The iPhone 15 Pro cameras are bigger, so add-on lenses have to be optimized for the new camera. (Stay away from budget lenses) I was happy to see it was sharp and in focus from corner to corner on my 15 Pro. The T-series mount is larger. Moment sells phones cases for the mount, and some iPhone cages have available adapter plates that can handle T-series mounts.  Mount the lens by twisting. Use the included hex key to align the lens so it's vertical. The iPhone 15 Pro camera is already wide, so adding a 1.33x lens means we are approaching the ultra wide view of a GoPro. (You can punch in with the Blackmagic Camera app--so that gives you a range of options). The gold anamorphic flares are stronger than the older models which is nice. Worth the money.

As with the safety pin, this excellent adapter is simple but perfect! I so far have made three top-of-my-ability prints on a bottom of the line Swiss-Arca 4x5, using a Canon sensor (approx. 22 x 15 mm). Since the index markings on the face of the adapter presumably are for full frame sensors, I covered them with tape marked in cm and mm. The lens-to-sensor distance is longer than it was for film. Consequently, depending on focal length, you may not be able to focus to infinity. Using the thin lens approximation and some reasonable (I hope) assumptions, I computed BALL PARK maximum focusable distances: offset refers to the distance from the (missing) ground glass to the new sensor. I ordered the 15 foot version and could not be happier. Using to connect an iPhone ( with vga adaptor) to the VGA input on an older boat television. Moderate gauge wire for audio and video....I know it is an old school wired connection...but hey works well. Cables say quality the minute you touch them. BTW... I have 40 years of electrical engineering experience. Just buy it.

Used for backing up my iPhone 15 Pro & my Thunderbolt 4 equipped laptop with iTunes.
