Does anyone know what size the headphone jack on the back is? I’m trying to find a set of speakers for it and I can’t find the size anywhere. 5 |

I bought this subwoofer to extend the low frequency range of a table-top sound box used with my Sony TV KDL-46HX850. I used the TV audio output (headphone 3.5 mm jack) to get the audio signal to the subwoofer using a cable with 3.5 mm plug on one end and two RCA (M) on the other end; then a Y adapter cable 2 RCA (F) to a single RCA (M) to the subwoofer. The setup works fine. Just required some adjusting of the crossover and S/W volume settings. Using the audio out jack set to "headphone" in TV settings, I discovered that I can control the S/W volume with the TV remote for fine tuning. The capture of lower range sound is great, and I love the small size of this sub in the limited space I have in the bedroom. 5 |

I was looking to send audio from the 3.5mm headphone jack on my Mac to the 3.5mm mic jack on my cell phone, because I had a professionally recorded voicemail message I wanted to use but my service provider only allowed live recorded messages. (I wasnt just going to hold my phone up to the speaker on my Mac, because it would ruin the quality.) I had a male-to-male 3.5mm cable I tried to use, with no luck. I was confused as to why it didnt work. I couldnt figure out how to do it and went to a few nearby stores looking for advice, but every sales person just looked at me with a confused look and had no idea how to help. Luckily I noticed B&H was around the corner from a job interview I had. Ive always wanted to go there, just never got around to it until that day, and boy am I glad I did. I spoke to a gentleman in the Pro Audio Dept and after about 10-15 minutes of carefully listening to my needs, and taking the time to understand what I wanted/needed he informed me I needed an attenuating cable because the voltage coming out of the headphone jack would have destroyed the mic jack on my phone. I was finally on my way, but then just as I was about the thank him for his help he exclaimed WAIT!! and informed me that the two jacks were configured differently, (the headphone jack was TRS, and the mic was TRRS) and I would have no luck with just the attenuating cable so he pulled up this item on his screen explained it would convert the connector to what I needed and sent the whole order to pick up. I purchased and picked up the two cables and excitedly went home to test out the items. They worked!!! tl;dr This item was exactly what I needed, and it did its job perfectly. 5 |

I currently have two other versions of this Lav. This is a unique addition to those. I will be using this on my iPhone since they did away with the headphone jack! Works great for memo recording and also live streaming. I will be using this for youtube uploads that require little to no editing so I can quickly plug in, record and upload with better audio. The cord is a good length and I am loving it so far. Whats also great is that this does not require a battery like my other wired units and there is a headphone jack if you need to monitor yourself! [I received this product in exchange for my honest review.] 5 |

I used this hooked up to my iPhone 6+ in the past, but since I upgraded to the 7+ with no headphone jack I've been using the mic hooked up to an audio recorder for my DSLR video (the recorder has phantom power). I use the extension cable and rode adapter for standard 3.5mm input and it works great. The sound is as good as I'll need it to be for interviews. I'd only upgrade to a nicer mic if this one breaks. 5 |

I use this little device for my iPhone 7. I wasn't that bummed out about them getting rid of the headphone jack because I thought it was a smart move! You can still make and receive calls with the EarPods and I'm sure other headphones too, along with being able to control your music which is the biggest thing for me! xD I have one that was given as a gift, so I gave the one I bought to my boyfriend and he loves it too! I highly recommend this little adapter! ?? 5 |

I believe the only complaint of any iPhone user is the lack of a headphone jack. This adapter completely fixes that problem with elegance and ease of use. This product fits the apple esthetic and works seamlessly with the iPhone 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is essential for iPhone 7-8 users. It gives you the standard headphone jack and allows the lightening port accessable at the same time! It's compact and easily fits in my pouch with my charger. I recommend this product to anyone with a new iPhone and still wants to use their own headphones. 5 |
