I had debated whether to go for the refurbished instead of new but decided it was worth it to save almost $300. The fact it was Nikon Refurbished and therefore has a Nikon Warranty means the extra warranty protection from my credit card should also apply. Well I got my camera and except for the fact that it wasn't in the pretty gold box, it looks jut like new - My first picture was shutter activation #1! I am very happy about my purchase and am having fun learning about all of the new features compared to my old D90. I took a group picture at my Rotary Club meeting using the Nikon SnapBridge and was even able to adjust the exposure to compensate for backlighting. 5 |

I had been trying to decide on the 70-300 vs 55-300 and I read a lot of reviews. I called B&H and the representative told me they had a great deal on the 70-300 lens if I bought it refurbished. I decided to buy the refurbished lens and I am really glad that I made that choice. The lens is not that heavy as per reviews and I have already taken some great outdoor pictures of birds with it. Can't wait to use it again.I am very pleased with the refurbished lens it looked like brand new when I recieved it. B&H gives great prices, ... There's nobody better. ... 5 |

Got this as a refurbished lens. Seems like new and is very sharp even at 300 except wide open. The autofocus works great in good light which is all I expect and more from this lens. It is a very good complement to my 17-50 and has been on my D7000 constantly since it arrived. 5 |
