This headphone splitter does the job. It is only a few dollars but it does what it needs to. Easy to use.

Great for iPhone and iPad. I wish it had a headphone output.

for half the price of the big dogs one the block you can get the same to better quality and sound anc is very good also , it a great headphone very comfy awesome sound hurts your ears in dirac mode just great device all around

I ordered this because of the single cable design with the mic in and headphone out jacks mounted in a small block on one end. Other products feature a split at the plug end into dual cables, which to me seems more frangible and less wieldy. I'm very satisfied with the performance of this adapter.

By far the best in ears, by being semi molded allwos the headphone to block the ambiance sound. Also the sound is balance, they need a xl ear tip...

Got this headphone because I work from home and many people have suggested this version to block out any background noises in the apt. From the few occasions I've used it, it does seem to only pick up my voice and no other noise. The longest I've had it on during a call was for 1.5 hours and afterward my right ear was a bit sore so not sure if the best if you have calls all day. Also, once it didn't connect to the usb-c dongle even though it was fully charged. I had to connect via Bluetooth that instance for it to work. Since then I haven't had the connection issue arise again.

This is a well made, simple splitter that allows one to use an external mic with an iPhone/iPad and monitor the sound with headphones. I keep it in a baggie in my messenger bag so that it doesn't get caught on anything, and always have it with me with a lav mic for interviews.
