This headphone works like a charm! It’s well worth the cost for podcasts or situations that require simultaneous listening sessions.  Pros -All metal build -Comes with 4 x 1/8 (3.5 mm) to 1/4 (6.3 mm) Adapters -Looks great in my studio -Reliable -The dials allow for individual gain and are plenty loud Cons -As other reviews have noted - when you turn down the gain to zero you can still slightly hear the audio.  Turning down each level to zero still allows audio to slightly pass through. For what this cost and the build quality this con shouldn’t be a deal breaker.  If you’re in a situation where you need zero audio for each headphone you’re better off getting a soundproof booth or investing in something similar that should cost you at least 10 times the cost of this device.
