I primarily got this for recording audio for magazine interviews/note-taking. However, it works really well with my iPhone for doing interviews on videos. I like that is comes with a variety of cables to go to a variety of phones and cameras. It has both analog and digital outputs. That future-proofs it when I inevitably upgrade iPhones and I lose the dedicated audio input/output port. 5 |

Very sturdy adapter. It has a very secure grip on my iPhone. As an aside, I can also barely fit a Galaxy Note 8 in the grip as long as the phone has no cover. 5 |

I have had these headphones for almost 10 years. In these 10 years, they have been THE BEST headphones I have used for mixing. I have used a bunch of headphones and studio monitors in that time, and nothing has beat them out, not even the infamous Sony 7506 (given, cheaper, but more prevalent headphones in studios) Things to note with these headphones; they are not super low end present. If you are getting these to listen to consumer music, you may not like them because they are not "boomy" or "full". These headphones are for users who are looking for definition and clarity for making a solid mix. The other note is a MINOR complaint; the part of the headset that rests on the top of your head/hair has worn out for me. The muffs also wore out, but I replaced them. If there is a way to replace the foam under the band, please let me know because I would love to have them looking brand new again. I broke the cable that came with the headphones by accidentally vacuuming it about 2 years in (stupid, I know), but the detachable cable saved me some money. Also nice if you want to swap out different size cables. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking to invest in headphones for studio mixing. 5 |

if you need an open earphones to monitor while recording this one is a great product. note: it is an open headphones, so will not work so well if you have dead-room with an open mic, also if you need to shield room noise. This is for regular environment. 5 |

If you have mic'd headphones, then this TRRS is useful for monitoring and recording on a lightning input iPhone. 5 |

First, 60W will probably meet your needs in a small video studio. I only use 2-8% of the output. Secondly, a standard modifier platform (Bowens' S mount), has saved me a great deal of time. The lower cost silent heads would only accept barndoors, gaffing tape and aluminum foil. Far Far easier to repurpose old modifiers or purchase new. Previously, I would have to retape the foil at inopportune times. SILENCE is critical for me. Recording a cast once correctly is worth all the post processing in the world. Nothing beats SILENCE. 5 |
