Iphone Lightning Cable Transfer Speed

This is an adapter, NOT a cable. That said, as an adapter it does it's job well. I have used it to plug my iPhone (Lightning) into my PC (both USB-C and USB-A) to transfer files and it worked without a hitch. Useful as an adapter, but not long enough to be called a cable by any means.

so far so good! I take this cable with me when I want a quick transfer from my Canon Rebel to my iPhone.

I use this to connect anything with a standard headphone cable to my iPhone Lightning port (older selfie stick, older Square reader, earbuds and headphones).

The killer app for this device (for me) was that connecting the receiver to an iPhone with the usb-c to lightning cable maintains discrete stereo separation for recording to several video applications. Tested working on ProMovie and MoviePro. The magnets are very capable of holding the transmitters onto a shirt during vigorous activity.   )) significant note: Noise cancellation only works when conveying the signal through the receiver to a camera or smart phone.

This charger had no problem quickly charging an iPhone 8 using a ToughTested USB-A to Lightning cable also purchased from B&H.

In order to use my old iPhone 5c with the Rode Micro microphone, this cable was necessary. I adapted it to my iPhone 7 lightning port as a test and it didn't work. I didn't investigate because the plan was to use the mic with the old phone anyway, so it might have worked and could have been my set up.

Backing up my wife's iPhone and iPad made easier using this flash drive. Transfer speed is a bit slow because of the Lightning port, but I'm ok with it since I can still use the phone while backing up. Overall, a quick solution to iOS and Android phones without expandable storage. I'd choose this than pay monthly for cloud storage.

Used clunky SnapBridge to transfer photos from Nikon D850 to iPhone for Lightroom Mobile processing while traveling prior to updating phone to 15 Pro Max. Learned Nikon SnapBridge isn’t compatible after iPhone 11. This cable from camera to phone is fast & doesn’t fail repeatedly like SnapBridge.App so lucky find with help of B&H. Best Buy told me this cable doesn’t exist!
