I have two pairs of headphones that haven't been used much. Over the years the black earpiece cover slightly denigrated and started flaking off. I recently started using them again and the flakes would get all over my face. But why throw something away when the sound was great. The covers work perfect. Easy to put on and will extend the life of my old favorite headphone!!! In the future I will use them on any new headphone purchase to prolong the integrity of the earpiece.
