Is Their A Difference In Bluetooth Receivers

Bluetooth works great is made to hook up to receivers with no pre amp

I purchased two different (and much cheaper) Bluetooth receivers prior to the B1. �Both would cut out again and again even when my iPhone 8+ was only a foot or two away from the unit. �The B1 has not failed me once and it works as far away as the upstairs floor above the unit. �No drawbacks that I can see other than some audio quality loss at louder volumes. �Highly recommend.

This paired easy with my Samsung S8 phone. It has much better sound quality than other bluetooth receivers i have used. It has great range too. My only conplaint is that the holes in the rack ears are too small for #10 screws so I had to drill them bigger to get it mounted in the rack.

I've had a number of Bluetooth receivers over the years. They have all suffered from limited range, frequent dropouts and pretty mediocre audio. The B1, has eliminated these problems. Range is superb for a Bluetooth device and the audio response is superior to anything else out there. An added bonus: most Bluetooth receivers lack the output to drive my SET and push-pull tube amps to there fullest. That is not an issue here, plenty of clean, noise-free output! Plus, this box is built to last, no cheap plastic enclosure here. A welcome addition to my audio lineup!

This has become my favorite keyboard because of the feel of the keyboard itself, the sculpted keys, smart backlight and effortless Bluetooth connectivity. Switching between up to three systems is effortless. Paired with the MX Master 3 mouse, I am saving desk space, I don't need USB ports to plug in receivers and lost or mismatched receivers are a thing of the past. No more batteries eventually leaking electrolytes into my devices since this keyboard can be recharged.

You could pay more for other high end receivers, but why would you?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a major upgrade to our home theater system; it is just like being at the movies. We like the fact that it was easy to set up and use, right away we noticed a big difference and we are so happy with the quality of sound. With 340W and 3.1 channel sound you can hear clearly, and it makes movies better at home. The bass from the subwoofer is fantastic I have never had such a great soundbar in my life, what a transformation. There were a couple of different cords in the box and apparently you can have wired with an HDMI cable or wireless connected to Bluetooth, we went with the Bluetooth because it was easier to connect to and use. With so many options to choose from we had a fun time listening to our TV, my daughter said, "What a difference, I feel like im at the Cinema." Then we made popcorn and watched movies all night, this is the best entertainment soundbar I have ever used. It sounds great because it has the Dolby sound quality that you hear in the real theater. That is what makes this soundbar the best because it is created to boost you own TVs sound and make it better, I cannot live without this soundbar it is the best. Dolby sounds great in the theater and now I have it in my home, we can watch movies during the week and feel like we entered a theater at home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been experimenting with settings on the LG Sound Bar for about a week. Some of this was done blind because LG, like many companies, includes one page of very basic instructions. I found days later (in tiny type) it was my responsibility to download and print a user’s manual. On the remote some buttons are poorly labeled, others are not labeled at all, and we couldn’t find how to adjust sound up or down until I printed the manual. A black-on-black button (not helpful in semidarkness) which I would use probably more than anything else needs to have a color like other buttons. We tried using both optical and bluetooth connections, and there is a tremendous difference in what those options offer. With bluetooth, you use the TV remote to “accept” the sound bar prompt and can adjust sound up or down using that same remote. It also shows the sound level numerically which is helpful. With optical, it automatically turns on the sound bar when the TV is activated, but adjusting sound is done using the LG remote which has that black-on-black button, and no numerical level is displayed on the TV. Our preference is using bluetooth as it’s fewer remotes to deal with. In terms of sound, there is a huge difference between what we had before and the LG. You can adjust settings for more or less bass, and you really hear the difference with increased bass. It adds richness that is wonderful. Acting dialogue is crisp and clear. When music is played during a movie the symphonic effect is incredible. The range is terrific too. Having great sound brings another layer of enjoyment to watching movies. Since I just printed the manual yesterday we haven’t fully explored everything this sound bar can do yet. However, at this point, I would recommend the LG Sound Bar for the amazing quality of sound that it delivers.
