Is There A Waterproof Fitness Tracker

Although the most expensive of the fitness tracker watches, it worth it for serious trackers. Highly recommend. 5 |

There are so many options available, and yet this simple, well constructed and designed tracker is my go to. I have another tracker with a motor, a mobile phone interface and yet, I go to to the manual tracker. It is always on. It sets up right now. It's balanced. It's sturdy. It does not distract from focusing on the shot. If I would have gotten this one first, I would have saved a lot of money, time and aggravation. 5 |

There is a reason Pelican cases are expensive--they are extremely well made and fully live up to every single claim they make about durability and security. This is an excellent hard case that is fully weather- and waterproof. I have just returned from a full week in the Canadian wilderness with two of these cases, and the contents of these cases were fully protected throughout, including during the capsizing of a canoe. The case is extremely easy to operate, and has handy stay-open latch mechanism. It balances well when fully opened, so does not fall over backward. There are feet on two sides of the case, so it stands and is very stable whether lying flat or standing handle-up. When lying flat the case is fully flat on the inside, allowing you to stow, sort and arrange gear very nicely. There is a great deal of space inside. The case is very light. We put two, loaded, inside a single checked back and did not incur an overweight fee. Mind the latches. They make a distinctive click when fully engaged, so make sure you have fully closed the latch. After the trip, it cleaned up very nicely in a large sink with dish soap and water. Apart from the scratching, you'd never know it had been out in the wilderness. Also, now that the trek is done, I intend to use these cases at home, for valuable objects. Bottom line: this is an outstanding case, lightweight and extremely sturdy, designed well and fully waterproof. You get what you pay for, and you get it all when you pay for this case. 5 |

Solid waterproof construction, I'd feel confident walking into any conditions with this case. I needed a case that would protect not only my gear, but my laptop and tablet as well. There's plenty of room, with the laptop stowed up on the lid portion of the case. The only downside I've experienced is the configuration of the padding. There are countless configurations you can create for your needs, but none of the inserts lend to a good configuration for holding a camera with a lens attached. I managed to make it work with the provided pads, but it's not perfect. The case is heavy, but I think that's ok given the protection provided and the fact that it's a rolling case (making it great for travel) 5 |

I needed a large, waterproof and dustproof case, but unfortunately, competitors' equipment cases were all too big, and more like a suitcase size - wide and short. For my use, the case had to fit inside another container so the dimensions were critical, and had to be more or less square. This case was perfect for the job. There seems to be nothing else like it on the market. It arrived within days and is exactly what I needed. It's a very robust case, of reasonable weight. I also like the multiple, sturdy handles both on the sides and on the top. It makes moving the case around much easier. There are plenty of hold down latches to form a good watertight seal. Although they are made of plastic, they appear to be well designed. A very nice case overall and I am pleased with it at this point. 5 |

I got this case for the typical Otterbox protection and boy did I get it! It’s not waterproof, but its everything but. There are multiple layers of protective coverings, and the plastic shield works great and doesn’t bother me as I was afraid it would. This makes it pretty clunky, but I’d rather have the protection. 5 |

I needed a waterproof cover for my Sony FS5. The pictures do not do it justice. It fits very well - a little oversize if anything. But the number of opening surprised me. There is a hook and loop opening on top that allows you to grab the top handle which is useful if you want to leave the Rain Slicker on before/after the rain. There is a zipper that gives access to microphone attachment. A hook and loop opening is available on the grip side of the camera, yet sheds the water with or without your hand on the grip and allow easy access to the grip controls. The other side has two clear plastic windows that afford a view of the control side of the camera and the LCD Screen. Hook and Loop allow you to tent the opening for the LCD screen to keep water out yet provide a clear view. Finally there is a h&l opening on the back to allow access to the battery and connectors (SCI, HDMI, etc) on the back. There is even a flap of material that allows a microphone to be open in the front yet protected from rain. This flap doesn't extend past the lens so you may have to move a shotgun mic back. The only negative I've found is the elastic opening for the view finder doesn't grip the eyepiece very well. If you have the large eyecup mounted it will hold everything in place but without the eyecup the cover will not keep the eyepiece held in place and you have to make an effort every time you want to look thru the view finder - but it does keep it dry that way. All of the opening are designed in such a way as to shed the water around the openings. I haven't tried it in blowing rain but I bet that you could adjust the opening for a tighter fit. The material is a heavy duty waterproof canvas that isn't going to tear or wear with normal usage. 5 |

I used these in the waterproof camera bag I bought. I put one inside with my camera while at the beach in Florida. There was absolutely no condensation inside, so I would say they did their job! 5 |

This weekend I installed three of these and it was a breeze. There is a tricky point in that the waterproof gasket is super tight and I didn't think I could get the ethernet plug through, but you just have to be persistent. Besides, you want that gasket to be really tight to avoid moisture problems. 5 |
