I have 9 cameras that have worked absolutely flawless for two years. One of the cameras took a side blast from a 12 gauge shotgun and still works like new. I and am adding a tenth camera to my system to surveil another area. For any commercial company or like myself utilizing my system in a residential setting I do not know of a better product/better value or customer service. In today's world you just don't find a company that is so dedicated to continually updating it's software, reinventing everything and striving to be the best in support and customer service which is really refreshing and almost non existent in today's world. I have been So impressed...I show off my system and recommend Lorex to everyone. They are truly master artisans at their craft and must love what they do. Do your homework in the surveillance system market before you purchase from any other product. I will be a customer for life....They are simply the best out there and will always be there to support and back me up. They truly care! 5 |

I purchased 2 lighting kits (the Impact Photo Portrait Studio Kits) which arrived about 10 days ago.� I was so busy I didn't get a chance to set them up until today. I discovered 2 of the spiral bulbs were broken so I called customer service.� They are sending me 2 replacements today. Thank you Lee for your excellent customer service. This is an add-on to my previous review. The 5-stars are for Sensei's customer service. Not long after I posted my original review, I was contacted by B and H to see if I was open to being contacted directly by Sensei, which I accepted. Sensei contacted me via e-mail about my issues with their product, which I sent. Their response came from a person, with an email address, phone number and open door offer to contact them directly with additional input or inquiries. Their timeliness, customer concern and personal connection alone is enough for 5 stars. But, on top of that, they offered to send me a new lens cap. Hopefully I will not have the same problem with the replacement. Because of their excellent customer service, I will consider another Sensei product in the future. 5 |

The gloves are perfect. They are warm and the two fingers open, attach with small strong magnets (so they stay open), and I can work my camera, iPad, drone, etc. just fine. BUT the big deal is I ordered medium size and they shipped large. I contact customer service and they rush shipped me the mediums the same day. I had them in time for my outdoor gig in Michigan in February. Amazing customer service again and again. They really know how to keep a customer even in an error. 5 |

Easy to order and fantastic open and prompt communication on every stage of the delivery process from Brooklyn NJ to Sydney Australia. Which only took 10 days. The goods arrived well protected and in first class condition thanks also to DHL couriers. What a product!!! Very well engineered, rugged design with a smooth operation of the leg clamps. I intend using this monopod for hiking in the Australian bush, into desert areas so it will get� well used. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was having trouble with an older wireless numeric keypad, so I called Customer Service. I was immediately in touch with a Human. After a short discussion with we determined that my old key pad had died of old age. He gave me the new model number that I should try (F8T067) plus the instructions for buying a new one. That was easy, and in 2-3 days my new keypad came and it works perfectly. I never had to press one or eleven. This was the easiest "problem solving event" I have had in years. Belkin products are top notch, but Customer Service is the BEST !!! 5 |
